Hospitality was impeccable! Our favorite hotel we have stayed at in years and we would go back to Mykonos just to stay here again.

The Location/ View/ Bfast were all exceptional . It was a little away from main town center but that i believe added to the quite charm .

The room has a narrow profile ....... Also generally couples will have atleast 2 big bags to un-pack/ open ... Space should be provided for both ....

This has to be the most underrated property in Mykonos. Location - right next to the beach with an easy access to it. Cafes, restaurants and the platis gialos bus stop right outside the property. Most places in Mykonos felt either too crowded or too isolated so this is a 10/10 in terms of location. Food - the breakfast alone is enough to justify picking this place. You can eat here for a week and still not get bored. The taste and variety is just unexpectedly good. The restaurant itself is located on a mini cliff so the morning sun, air and view at breakfast can’t be explained in words. Service - Everyone here is loveable. Fotis and Franceska at the front desk are such wonderful beings that you can literally call them up for anything and they’ll help you with it. Be itpPeople serving breakfast or drinks or room service - everyone here is extremely courteous and deserve your respect. Browny points for complementary shuttle to and from hotel to airport/port which you won’t appreciate enough until you experience how limited the public transport at Mykonos is.

The rooms weren't extravagantly spacious but just about enough.

Spectacular view with a wonderful location. Access to a lovely beach which looked a lot less crowded than other beaches in the area. We received a very warm welcome from the front desk staff. Vicky and Spiros provided impeccable service in the dining room.

I can’t think of anything.

The best thing about this hotel was the people. They were all friendly and kind. Very accommodating, so much so that they helped us get items we had left behind back although we were back home. Francesca Dionysos, Christina and the rest of the staff really made the stay that much better even when we are back at home

Not enough water bottles in the rooms

The hotel is beautiful the aroma and smell when you first walk in is very memorable. great location close to restaurant shops in the beach. 

My only complaint is that we had ants in the bathroom near the toilet both days during our stay.

The staff and facilities were outstanding. Food was great.

My air conditioner in the room was not as cool as it should have been.

Great location with beaches, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. And Mykonos town easy to reach by public bus in 10 min from right outside the hotel

Located on a narrow busy road without sidewalk - makes it difficult to walk around much (except going down to Platis Gialos beach or the scenic walking path to Psarou beach)

Excellent location, wonderful pool area, spacious rooms & friendly staff.

Great hotel in a really convenient location, staff and rooms were excellent.

The pillows were really uncomfortable, a really minor issue but a simple one to resolve.

Location, facilities and the staff!

The staff was amazing, specially Maria, who served us from breakfast to dinner… what a hard worker… The breakfast buffet was excellent but the view was a winner, stunning! And the restaurant PHOS, where we had dinner on our 25th anniversary, surprised us in every way.

wish we could have stayed longer.

This hotel is perfect, water front hotel each room with amazing views, location is a plus, near to the beautiful beach of Platis Gialos 3 minute walk and to Psaro beach 5 minutes walk. Is located in front of the local bus station where you can get a 10 minute ride to town. The buses pass every 30 minutes. Also a lot a restaurants choices nearby and motorcycles rentals. literally you can be on this part of the island relaxing and in ten minutes be on town in a club. About the hotel, the staff is amazing, so nice and helpful, they will go above and beyond to make you happy. The drinks at the bar are amazing the Watermelon Paloma is a must, the breakfast buffet has plenty of choices, from local to international food. They also serve lunch and dinner at Phos restaurant, exquisite Mediterranean cousine. The hotel has 3 pools, two of them are heated. They have an amazing spa and little but very cute gym. The rooms were clean and spacious with amazing views. In general thank you to the staff they are the heart of this amazing hotel. If you want to have the most beautiful stay in Mikonos Island please come and visit this hotel.

Everything was excellent with this hotel. Definely I'll stay there again. Totally worth it go to Mykonos just to live the experience that Nissaki offers.

Location, proximity to bus stop into town, views, ease of access from balcony to pool area, breakfast, hospitality and friendliness of staff. The pride the team took to ensure a beautiful, clean, and vibrant stay.

Size of room for price. It was underwhelmingly small compared to the photos. My friend stayed at the hotel directly across from here for 1/3 the price with a comparably sized room. No microwave in the room or any viable way to reheat anything without having to ask the busy kitchen staff at the restaurant.

The spa staff was absolutely the best ever with the half-day couples package. Much needed R&R for a very reasonable price. Beautiful views

The property was closing due to end of season so it was difficult to find food in the area and the hotel had limited services the last day before closing, including staffing. The “hot tub” was a jacuzzi-like tub that was indoors; would have much preferred an outdoor hot tub in the large balcony deck to enjoy.

the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. The food was very good. Views were fantastic and overall the hotel was very clean and enjoyable.
