Very good breakfast. Excellent location and attractive decor. Comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Plentiful and well-placed plug sockets and charging points (rare in hotel rooms)

Fabulous location and great facilities. Room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony - perfect for a sundowner and resting weary feet. Excellent value for money considering the location - we booked breakfast as well which was a mix of continental and cooked - perfectly adequate. Would book again.

Room was spacious, well equipped and quiet.

The location was nice. Very close to the Natural History Museum and V&A. Quiet and rice area. 7min walk to the tube station which was not bad. The staff were very kind. Bed was comfy, beautiful and clean room.
The bathroom was a bit smelly for some reason. The breakfast was overpriced...

Beautiful accommodation in an excellent location being close to Kensington gardens, the Natural History Museum, the A & V Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. Very friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout as our flight did not leave until the evening.
The bed was not very comfortable and we could hear the fellow snoring in the next room. The breakfast was very basic (ran out of many items quickly), but did include barista coffee.

The bed was among the most comfortable I've had at a hotel. The bathroom was huge and the location was great. It was also a relaxing quiet place to stay.
The elevator was only large enough for one person and their suitcase. The ceilings at thresholds were kind of low for a tall person.

Incredibly convenient location. The room was updated, quiet, and had a balcony and a comfortable king-size bed! Breakfast was standard and convenient.

The beds were twins put together which meant there was an uncomfortable seam in the middle.

The room and the hotel in general was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and our room had everything you could need. Good location within a short walk of nearest tube station and very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
The tv was situated in a position which made it a little awkward to see from the bed, but as ours was a short stay this wasn’t an issue for us.

Very friendly staff. The room was extremely clean. Good price considering the location. A 5/10 minute walk to South Kensington station. Hotel decor was really lovely - especially the floral display in the foyer which was a nice touch. The White Company products in the bathroom.
Room was small (standard double) so I wouldn’t advise for much longer than a weekend for a couple. Perfect for lone travellers though. Very limited hanging space in closet as safe took up most of the room. No floor length mirror. None of the rooms have a bath tub.
