Everything the building is not as nice as some hotels but had everything I needed and higher price is higher quality mostly. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choices.

For me it’s an 85-90 out of 100 and had the amazing Heathrow airport taking off on the runway minutes walking distance from the hotel so was also an exciting experience.

We loved our beds, we slept around 12+ hours. The room was really quiet!!! Perfect. We enjoyed our stay & will be back. We had a late lunch in the restaurant, it was delicious.

We found our room a tight squeeze. Once our luggage was in the room, we had little room to move. We had to squeeze passed.. Im travelling with my elderly mum, (with dementia). When getting the luggage out of the hire car, I would have really liked if someone would have helped me.. Also : I asked about usb phone charging.. I was told, you dont have any. My phone died.

The vending machine expensive £8 for can of coke and packet of crisps.. suggest taking own food/ drink for an overnight stay. Also thought it was a free shuttle to airport not £6.50 each.

Room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The shower had good pressure and there was ample storage available for use. Also the interior of the hotel was easy to navigate

The rooms soundproofing was insufficient and earplugs were required to get any sleep as its very near heathrow. The breakfast was very poor consisting of what looked like canned mushrooms, tasteless sausages and hash-browns I could probably have bought at Iceland. Room had a view of the carpark which was not a wonderful view to wake up to.

The linen was great as was the bed. Restaurant food ok.

The shower was really dangerous. Very slippery and no mat. I had to go quite a far way to my room with luggage, only to not be able to enter. Card didn’t work.

The room was very small; barely enough room to open a suitcase, and it had to be on the floor. The little store lacked any healthy snack selections. It did not even have nuts for purchase. There was no water in the room. The bathroom had only 2 bath towels. No hand towels.

Room was clean and adequate - exactly what you'd expect for the price. There's a restaurant in the hotel with pretty good food, again at a decent cost for London. The staff were lovely.

Getting to and from the hotel by bus is a pain, since the bus runs only once an hour.

Very close to the airport, and it's not like a ghost hotel, there were actually a lot of people coming in and out. They had vending machines to get food and drinks after the restaurant closed which was very useful because we got there after midnight. The room was very small but the bathroom was big enough.

The double bed was actually two beds put together.

The room was an unbearable temperature and there was no ac or even a fan. The window does open but it does slam shut and didn't provide any relief. Made for a sweaty night sleep

I stayed for one night as I had a connecting flight early the next day. Location was very convenient. I also arrived quite late, and the food available late in the cafe was appreciated. Staff were friendly. Room was small, but comfortable.

Hotel is a bit dated, but otherwise a good quality for one night.

risk of delay - shuttle doesn't go to terminal 4 so a further transfer to train is required- these could be delayed also - the taxis are a rip off trying to charge £30 . The hotel is 5 mins drive from airport. This hotel should have its own shuttle- what is this 3rd world!!!!
