This is a modern hotel and the facilities reflect this. Our room was excellent and well maintained. We enjoyed both an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel which were pleasantly and efficiently served. The purpose of our stay was to visit RHS Bridgewater which was a few minutes drive away.

Easy to locate. Parking spaces available and free. Checkin was quick and staff member very pleasant. Room was exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable.
Separate toilet in bedroom was very small and had no night light.
Breakfast was quite poor for £12.50. Cooked breakfast was lukewarm. Had to wait 5 mins for a member of staff to appear to ask for fruit, yogurt, dishes to be refilled. After that no staff member appeared for 20 mins to ask for eggs to be poached.

Still waiting for promised jam dispensers for breakfast. Sticky large pot and even stickier spoon, going in to tub of preserve that has had many dips in from others just doesn’t seem proper.

Great location, very comfortable bed, nice room with all you need. Spacious as well. Good TV channels. Overall, a really great experience. Will certainly urge everyone to visit.

Lovely setting, very friendly staff and quick checking in and out. Rooms clean and neat loved the Rituals products in the bathroom and the separate toilet works well. The pub/restaurant a short walk from the Novotel was a bonus.

Loved everything about this hotel. Especially that they had a play area with toys for the kids to enjoy in the corner of the lounge area by the tv. Also the outdoor play area. All the staff were friendly and the amenities were excellent! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room booked not available but upgrade and sofa bed was fine as a substitute for twin room.
Wildarea could do with a bird feeder for interest as a few wild birds spotted at breakfast!

The location was very good, being so close to M60 and RHS Bridgewater, the reason for our visit. Amazingly, it was very quiet.
The room was comfortable. The food was good.
Staff were very cheerful and obliging.
The room was rather dark being on level 1, and we had the lights on all the time . We went upstairs to the reception, bar and restaurant.

Very clean and modern. Far better for value than a premier inn, no doubt in my mind novetel is a priority stay for me
Couldn’t work how to use the cast feature on the tv, which I found out doesn’t work for Apple products. No biggie though
