The first thing you notice is the style, it was eye catching. The room was lovely and clean. It was nice to have the pub/restaurant in the same building,

The walls are thin, you can hear everything the people are saying in the next room.

Very nice fun and quirky hotel with nice entertainment facilities. Room was nice however the shower leaked everywhere and obviously had done for some while as the bottom of the door was blown.

The hotel is too basic

The hotel was reasonable, the staff were really helpful and check in was really easy.

Beds were hard, room was cold, heating system insufficient. Decor was tatty and rooms were small. Location was very poor and dirty, the area felt unsafe due to drugs being dealt and arguments breaking out around the casino.

The decor was a bit odd. But that’s each to their own. There was only two pillows on the bed and one spare which meant one of us only had one pillow to sleep with. The heating/air con made a noise so loud you couldn’t hear anything else. The shower was either freezing or boiling and no inbetween. Didn’t feel worth £80 for the size of the room. Most places you have a bit of space and maybe a nice arm chair or a sofa not just a plastic desk chair.

Many chips in the walls in the hallway and bedrooms. Made the place look cheap. In need of painting. The first room I was given didn't have proper functioning air conditioning. There was a broken open vent (or something on the wall in the bathroom. Basically an open hole in the wall. In the second room I was given, I was a bit worried if there might be any bed bugs on the mattress (there wasn't that I could see), but I pulled back the sheets on the topper and it was so stained all over it! I took the sheets off and turned the topper over to get a somewhat better side, although it was stained too. I checked in late or I would have probably left to find another place to stay.

It is my second time visiting. The staff is kind and helpful. Location is my first consideration

Pillows were hard and flat, receptionist were arrogant and wouldn't help when I got back to my room and my key card wouldn't work,locked out my room for over an hour. Bloody awful place. Last Ibis I ever stay in

I turned on the aircon but it seems like it is not blowing enough cold air. The room was still okay but it would be hot ter in the summer

Have stayed at this hotel a few times now and does not disappoint,the staff are Pleasant and friendly nothing is to much trouble and no doubt I shall be staying There again,the location is excellent to all shops and ameneties

Ideally placed in the centre of Manchester, everything is within walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, overall pretty clean.

Our room had a direct view inside somebody’s flat, the proximity was strange. Few marks of mould in the shower joints. Decoration is cheerful yet some bits looked straight out of a children hospital room, weird vibe.
