Our room - which was a Master Suite, was a great size and lovely and bright. Very comfortable. It was also well serviced and cleaned during our stay.
The common areas like the bar and breakfast area are small and tends to get crowded and noisy. Sitting outside sadly was not an option during our stay as it was raining.

Very soft towels and bathrobes,lovely soap and other things for bathroom.
Extremely polite and responsible stuff at the hotel and tasty coffee in the bar☕️ as well.

Rooms were good quality
The fire alarm went off in the building regularly due to their own kitchen, it was quite inconvenient

The location is very good. A beautiful cosy hotel. Most of the staff were very nice. We had a very spacious suite.
They were extremely pushy in order to get the full payment in advance - days before check out. Usually you will pay for the full stay when you check out. I have never been asked to pay for the full stay in advance.
I had payed half when checking in and even so they deactivated my key a day before check out.
It is quite an expensive hotel and I did not expect this kind of behavior.

Location is awesome. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in London
Wish the room wasn’t on the lower level, but wasn’t an issue at all.

Wonderful to be so close to the tube station

The rooms were great with a beautiful twist. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from.
The location was a bit too far from the main city center. it was nnear the Hyde Park, but unfortunately on the wrong side of Hyde Park.

Nice looking hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Very stylish. Superb location. Room was roomy with good shower and nice decor.
These small rooms are boiling hot, presumably why there is a big ugly dyson fan in the room to try (and fail) to mitogate. These small rooms need air conditioning ASAP. Currently impossible to sleep through the night due to very high room temperature

We were disappointed upon arrival to find that we had been allocated a basement room with an accessible bathroom (which was quite different to the photos shown).

Beautiful room with large windows and a high ceiling. The bathroom was very well decorated. Super comfortable bed.
The air con control was a bit hard to use. It works perfectly fine but it was not intuitive so took a bit to figure out. Otherwise I cannot think of anything bad about the property.
