The property is in a great easy accessible location with secure parking underneath and also some street parking. It’s great value for money and the staff are very helpful. The room was spacious and clean and quiet. It is only a 150m walk across the road to Rosco’s @ Chevron for dinner which is absolutely exceptional in its own right- perfect for an afternoon tea or dinner. They even have T2 tea and the pizza was delicious as was the veal scallopini. Highly recommend both places

the bed was very comfortable and had such a good night sleep in it

to start we walked in and the room was very dusty we noticed straight away it was everywhere and i ran my finger along the bedside table and there was a thick layer of dust on it, that’s when i came across this white sticky substance dried onto the bed side table.(I don’t even want to think what that could have been). There was also 1 robe for 2 people staying and there was also electrical cutting of wire sitting next to the kettle on the tea cups. Once we unpacked our bags after driving for 7 hours my partner went to have a shower and wash her hair and the soaps hadn’t been topped up and there was no conditioner and she wanted to wash her hair. I went down and told reception and she said she would organise someone to come clean it and top up the soaps tomorrow when they do the cleaning. Nobody came and we were out nearly all day from 10am to 2:30pm and my partner couldn’t wash her hair again. I didn’t bother complaining again because clearly nothing happened the 1st time so why would i bother again. not only we both had issues with the room but the car park was dangerous (yes it is small and tight in there but that was not the problem). The construction they had going on down there, the builders had left there nails and screws all over the ground and we nearly popped our tire, I made sure to let reception know and I didn’t want anybody else to have the same problem but surprise surprise nothing got done and the next day the same thing happened in another parking space. ( I have video evidence of it). the only good thing about nearly popping my tire they wiped the parking fee.

The room was very spacious and well set out. The location was perfect for us and it was excellent value for money. We would certainly stay there again on our next trip to Melbourne.

Location is perfect for access to medical appointments at the Alfred hospital.

Floor in bathroom was sticky. Limited room service / Woods cafe menu - sometimes a simple snack is sufficient.

Fantastic location!! A easy tram trip along St Kilda road. Lovely Motel our room was spacious with nice view. Great meals at Restaurant on lower level

The location suited our requirements. Staff were welcoming. We found the bed very comfortable and the room was clean. We used the outside Restaurant and staff were pleasant with good food & drinks.

Traffic noise during the night was not enjoyable. In this survey in your bonus question, it mentioned that I stated a preference of a quiet room when I booked. This is totally incorrect. Now that I know you have noisey rooms, and that it was our first time staying here, I will next time request a quieter room. Please note: The only special request I made was for parking for one vehicle.
