The professional look of the hotel overall, the fast lifts for floor access. The city views! Friendly staff, and very inclusive and assistive, especially once they learned I am Deaf. Made efforts to communicate in my preferred way.

The day of departure we wanted to use our complimentary coffee cards and get breakfast before check out, but the machine was broken so whole cafe was closed until fixed. This caused some added stress to our planned departure routine prior to check out. One glass, a few of the cutlery items and a plate were not entirely clean. I had to wash these items to ensure sanitary before use. Slight overlooked detail from cleaning team (I have worked in resorts as cleaner, so I know standard my boss expects, so was a bit sad of this detail being missed). The tv functions for ordering/contacting reception was offline. This would have been a far more inclusive experience for myself as a Deaf woman who cannot use a normal voice call phone, so having that digital access would have allowed me better communication access. An extra throw blanket in the wardrobe would have come in handy as I feel the cold more. Most studios I’ve stayed in have had this. Whilst these details did detract from the whole weekend experience, I would return in future for a second chance of guest experience.
