Nice clean small room with a balcony we could see Mont Blanc. They kept our luggage while we were doing TMB.

There is no coffee in the room. There is no elevator.

We had a lovely time in this small, charming and family run hotel. House and room was very cute and lovely decorated (mountain-chalet-style). We had a great view from our balcony onto the mountains and Mont Blanc. The location is perfect! Right in the center but still very quiet and calm. Breakfast was delicious and several options to choose from! Freshly squeezed orange juice - Thank you! We felt right at home and would return!

Parking has to be reserved in advance and comes with additional costs per day. It was absolutely fine in the end, but it is something to be aware of when booking via Booking.com. The hotel is right in the center so parking and space is limited of course... Make sure to inform the host before arrival with your car.

Not able to make hot drinks in room

The staff is very friendly. We felt welcomed. Very clean room. Good shower. Good beds. USB socket and charging cables if you forgot yours at home. The breakfast was fresh and tasty

The room is very small. But it was ok for one night with a small luggage.

What can I say? This place is run by beautiful women, generation after generation having a great hotel-chatel at their hands. Is a cozy place away from home, in the center of Chamonix. The entrance to the sky loft is a few meters away, the sky rental is right in the corner from the hotel. Once you get in, you receive your code and get asked if you want breakfast. In your room, you have free water, towels, ammenities and USB CORDS. They even had a power adapter!! Please do not steal from them! Not even 5 star hotels offer you a service like this. VIEWS ARE AMAZING!!!

My tiny complaint is getting upstairs with the bags and the noisy guests who think they live alone :) but besides that, everything was so perfect. PLEASE COME TO THIS HOTEL.

brilliant boutique hotel with a modern finish internally and very helpful and friendly staff

The hotel was very cozy yet spacious for solo traveler. The staff were nice and they had a great ski room for skis and boots.

Breakfast was really good quality and varied

Comfortable beds. Room tiny and well furnished. The position of the hotel is central yet in quite area. The electrical outlets are many around the room and there are also usb outlets close to the bed

Just the lack of a fridge, even a tiny one. The wifi wasn't very secure (no password or login requested) and was not very consistent during the connection
