Horrible Check in experience overpowered anything we like about this place.

Check in was nightmare as my mum arrived before use and our flight got delayed for more then 7 hours, they didn’t check in over 70 age lady and didn’t like when she fell asleep on there uncomfortable reception chair, she arrived around 6 in evening and was made wait for us as they needs my card all night till we arrived next morning at 4o’clock, when I complained they tried to ignore and just say sorry as according to him he wasn’t made aware of it. They still charged us for that night more than £1k per night ( we stayed for a week). Last day of our trip my brother arrived with his car to pick mum up and heard to Istanbul, lady came threatening him to move car in 5 min or more charges will incur, I was shocked to see such stinginess from this resort ( more about money less about guest comfort , we said he’s here to pick up what’s the rush you got such a big empty ground area, anyway once we paid no staff was around afterwards to help us with our luggage to be put into our shutter until shutter person told one of the person off and he came to help him put luggage in. We go on regular family holidays this place won’t be on my list to take my elderly Mum to ( she was traumatised by them while also worrying about our flight delay caused by engine fault)

حجزت غرف ستاندر مطله ع الجبل والبحر وموظف الاستقبال اعتقد اسمه هاكام مايبي يكلف نفسه بالبحث عن غرف قريبه من بعضها قام بتغيير حجزي لغرف كومفورت وهي صغير وتكون خارج المبنى الرئيسي وبعيده وقام بتوقيعي على ورقة انني لن اطالب باي مبلغ مالي استرده بسبب تغيير الغرف وعندما اكتشفت ذلك قمت بتغيير المبنى ورجعت لحجزي الاصلي مع منحي غرف متباعده واحده منها مزعجه بسيب تعطل التكييف ، ولازلت افكر اطالب بتعويض من الفندق بسبب ضياع علي يوم كامل ، ، المطعم اصنافه متتوعه ولكن من غير طعم او نكهه وتعرضت للتسمم بسبب اكلهم الغير صحي ، اضف الى ذلك هناك وقت المساء ساعتين لايوجد مكان به سناك قتضطر الى الانتظار لحين ان يفتح موعد العشاء

My experience at [Rixos] was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations, especially considering my previous positive experiences at the resort. This time, however, the service was very poor. Firstly, the staff’s behavior was below standard, showing a lack of attention and professionalism. Secondly, the food was extremely subpar and did not align with the quality typically associated with the resort’s hotel chain. Additionally, there was a clear lack of organization during the check-in process, and my luggage was lost for an unacceptable amount of time. This unsatisfactory experience caused a great deal of inconvenience and distress. I hope the resort takes these comments into account to improve their service in the future.

La chambre était correcte bien que la literie non confortable et la piscine en face de notre chambre était de très loin la plus belle et propre Le kids club est très très bien!

All incluse n’inclus pas les restaurants du jamais vu Le buffet ne change quasiment pas du tout! Impossible de ne pas dépenser! La supérette est excessivement cher! Le parc aquatique est une catastrophe très vétuste et pas de piscine! Toboggan atterrir dans l’eau sortir vite! Les serveurs sont (la plupart) très nonchalants! Je pensais qu’ils avaient un problème avec moi mais après discussion avec d’autres français c’était pareil! La literie est très très mauvaise pas digne d’un 5* du tout! Entre 11:00 et 12:30 pas de possibilité de se restaurer pour les leve tard entre 21:30 et 23:30 pas de nourriture non plus! Bref une énorme déception pour un groupe comme Rixos! Plus jamais je reviendrai! L’hôtel est très loin de tout et sachez qu’il faut absolument tout réservé le jour J avant 17H! En réservant vous vous engagé bien que all incluse même pour la navette pour le parc Aquatique LAND of Legends sinon vous payez 50% de la note 👎🏾
