Place, garden, cook, Swimmingpool!

Fabio and his family and the staff make you feel like you are part of the place. Close to Ostuni (fabulous gem not as loud and as busy as the coastal towns) and offering a fantastic pool area, beautiful rooms and stunning grounds, this hotel has been a home away from home. Breakfast buffet with local produce. Highly recommended!!!

That I had to leave after three days 🤣

Fabio is an extremely gentle host. He waited for us on arrival day until 1:30 am - due to flight delay we couldn't arrive at 23:00 as planned. Great breakfast, fantastic pool, quiet and very clean room.

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful farmhouse. Thank you Fabio for giving us an upgrade to a superior room with no extra charge. The room was amazing with a lovely outdoor space. The pool area is really pretty. But the best part is the breakfast with organic produce from the garden and wonderful homemade treats. All the staff are really helpful and kind. We would love to stay here again.

Fabio and is family provides a 5 star service. The rooms were outstanding, the staff attended to all of our needs. This is a very quiet and peaceful refuge, while you are exploring the countryside. The gardens, and trees provide shade and an area to sit and read a book. The food for breakfast and dinner were superb. Ostuni is an absolutely beautiful town and the people very welcoming and kind. The Agriturismo is very close to the beach resort area, and the water of the Adriatic Sea is refreshing. There is a pool on the property and very well kept, with a poolside bar operated by Lorenzo. Special thanks to Antonio our waiter for dinner, and Fabio's sister who served us for breakfast. We will return again next year to explore Puglia further.

we had a lovely stay here, very friendly family run. our appartment was nice and large with all facilities you need, very clean bathroom. swimming pool also pleasant for adults. although it sometimes felt more like a camping. dinner served from their own local garden which was delicious and recommended. plenty of parking behind the fence.

the breakfast options are not enough for what you pay, although the ladies do their best in providing hot coffee and tea, there was only 1 choice of bread, no eggs etc. mostly sweets like torta.

the staff (family) are wonderful. big welcomes and accommodating - the swimming pool and surroundings are great, and a pool side bar. close to Ostuni but a nice few days out the town.

our bathroom slightly smelled, and the mattress was very firm (personal choice rather than a negative)

We wanted a day/night at a Masseria on our trip and landed on this one. Cute place with a charming host Fabio! Pool was perfect, food was great and the family owner super sweet!

We enjoyed everything about our holiday here. Fabio and his family made us feel very welcome from the outset. Facilities, food and service were all excellent. I had made a special request about nuts being available for breakfast and as promised I was presented with home grown walnuts from the farm. definitely a feeling of icing on the cake

amazing experience! Fabio went out of his way to accommodate my needs, the location is perfectly situated outside Ostuni but in the countryside. The grounds are beautiful, breakfast is great, and the lodging was perfect. relaxing at the pool with a drink was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!

it would be nice if the pool was open at night, it’s such a beautiful pool, but I realize there might not be enough staffing

Great getaway place, very relaxing area around swimming pool, it was nice to relax and unwind after a week of travelling in Puglia. Room was nice and bed very comfortable. Good local food and friendly staff, the owner Fabio came to greet us in person and helped with everything we needed. It’s a few km from Ostuni but we took a taxi from the train station (Fabio provided us with a phone number to a driver who speaks English) and back. The taxi cost a bit more but was definitely worth it, so if you are exploring Puglia by train, don’t let the location discourage you. Definitely worth it!

This is a beautiful agriturismo run by Fabio and his family. Lovely pool area and home cooked meals are available at lunch and in the evening. It’s just over 3km from the centro storico of Ostuni. Lovely place. Fabio’s mother, who checked us in and out, speaks no English, a refreshing change. highly recommend this place.

Quiet but central. Great facilities for kids and adults.

Fabio and his family put their heart into making our stay a memorable one. The property is both beautiful and clean. The food is homemade, excellent, natural and most ingredients are from the grounds of their masseria. The warm welcome, the happy environment, and attention and helpfulness shown to us by Fabio and his family make this the best accommodation we have experienced in the last three weeks of our holiday through Italy and France. Fabio even took care of our laundry - washed, line-dried and ironed so perfectly before we continued on our journey. We were sorry to leave. Mille grazie!

There is nothing we did not like about the property.

The property has a lot of green, a nice swimming pool, a beautiful garden that provides fresh greens and fruits for breakfast, amazing personnel. Fabio is very passionate and an amazing host.

Fabio and his sister Paula were very welcoming and helpful . A family run agriturismo .. papà growing the crops mama in the cucina and Fabio and Paula taking care of the guests . Even little Alessio helped with our luggage . A lovely Italian country style restaurant with a good selection for buffet breakfast and excellent home cooking at dinner time . Our room .. Junior Suite was comfortable with a lovely large bathroom and a shared patio . The swimming pools area was a peaceful place to rest surrounded by flowers and trees .

We were disappointed at first that we didn’t have a private terrace as expected . We explained to Fabio and he is going to correct the wording on Booking . Com . Other than that perfetto
