Fantastic value for money. Large bedroom spotlessly clean. Hairdryer iron and board all supplied. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff and courteous. Will definitely stay again easy to find close to cruise terminal. Defo recommend

Located just off the motorway. The ice machine was a good plus for me lol the shower was amazing the room and facilities in the room A1 thank you for a lovely stay

The TV was a big downside for us and that's us trying to think of a downside of our stay

every thing was perfect except the breakfast was cold the baked beans were good but bacon sausage and egg was cold.

breakfast could have been warmer and bacon needed refreshing it looked like what there was left had been there a while.

Easy parking for Southampton. Breakfast buffet choices were good. Rooms were clean and tidy.

There was no air conditioning so the room was stuffy. Our room had a air conditioning outlet from downstairs right outside our window which made a terrible noise so had to close the window making the air in the room stuffier. To their credit, when we explained the issue to the reception they didn’t hesitate to accommodated us in another quieter room with fuss.

The drive up to the hotel isn’t nice it’s next to a derelict site. The room they offered me to begin with had a broken window safety catch which was unacceptable with a 3 year old and the room key that controlled the lights didn’t work. I asked to change rooms to begin with they said no, so I would have to drive home because it wasn’t safe. Then after a 2nd time of asking they changed the room with a lot of huffing and puffing.

Breakfast was lovely and hot,well cooked.The staff were so friendly,I have stayed in a few holiday inns snd this Express was lovely.

The only small complaint was the variety of evening meal Although I understand the reasoning behind it.

The employees are the BEST!!! Nice nice people. Happy and work well together. Breakfast was the same thing everyday for a week. Dinner food was good. Our room was quiet. View of fence with plastic bags under our window. No place to put our clothes so we lived out of our suitcases for a week. I would only stay at this place because the employees were exceptionally nice and helpfull.

the real bad thing about this hotel is location off the motorway, coming back from Southampton the roads era really busy.
