Property was excellent, comfortable, clean and with all required amenities. Would have scored a 9+ if not for the message spam.

The messaging spam! I know this has been mentioned by ohers. So many repeat messages asking me to pre-check-in, even after I had done so... needing to see copies of cards, photo ID etc... it's too much.

We stay for a night the location is great between Portsmouth and Bournemouth. We get the apartments at a good price, but I think I will not be able to afford the full amount. Thank you the team for your help ( Angelo).

To call the office to get the code and the keys, my phone was nearly discharged, and that stressed me out!!!

I loved the location, proximity to the main town and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy

Nothing it was an excellent stay

Very clean, great facilities had everything we needed for 2 adults 2 kids

We got a late check out and the cleaner wasn’t impressed having to wait for us to leave

the room is fine and convenient location is good, easy to go elsewhere

hard to find the right one on Google Map, as there are several buildings around. the door was closed but not locked, the keys were left on the table of living room the door was not easy to be locked when leaving the property. the 150 GBP deposite has not been refunded even after a month, though I was told it will be refunded in 15 days before I paid

The apartment was extremely clean, the location was fantastic and communication was great.

Property location is very convenient for City centre and Red Funnel Ferry terminus to Isle to Wight. Property is well maintained too and all basic facilities needed for a short stay. There is also a lift to the property so easy to go on to 4th floor of the building !! They could do with keeping some more options of coffee / tea for guest, but apart from that everything was great.

Nothing to report in relation to property & its facilities as such. However a word of caution - Currently the apartment site is very very noisy.... so please be prepared for the noise starting at 7am !! Also being close to sea there are loads of seagulls who start their day at 3am !!!!

Very central and comfortable.

An armchair in the living room would have made it more comfortable, limited sofa space for 3 people. We had to sit on the dining room chairs.

booking process very confusing. some messages on whats app. some on booking.com hard to get into property without ringing someone. probably better for someone more tech savvy

the instructions for finding the entrance to the property were poor. fortunately we met the house keeper and she let us in. no one answered the phone when we called on our arrival to gain access and obtain our key. we were so lucky to spot the housekeeper in the car park. we had no idea how we would have gained acces otherwise.

Location

The wifi didnt work, and the staff are totally unable to help or do anything about it - nobody was sent to fix it, no other solution was offered, and I spend the 3 day trips on and off the phone with staff who ultimatly did nothing. The bedrooms all have noisy vents that run all night, and the other apartments are owner occupied and incredibly noisy.
