From start to finish this hotel was perfect for a great weekend break, we do not know the area and by chance booked this hotel to attend a family Christening in nearby Waterford. Everything about the hotel and our stay was perfect, it ended up being a really relaxing, tranquil break. The suite we had was a bonus (did not expect it), the food, room service, spa, grounds, and staff made it. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Faithlegg for everything.

A very chilled relaxed atmosphere and the staff were excellent. There was no problem with gluten free food as the staff were knowledgeable and the chefs were accommodating.
It can be a bit noisy at times when there are weddings going on.

Staff, food, hospitality, room with shower and bath, bed, welcome chocolates, complimentary newspaper, cocktail bar very swish. My friend and I were celebrating our 60th birthday's, we couldn't have picked a better hotel.

Pillows. Don't like synthetic pillows. White wine selection poor and very expensive €49 for a mediocre Albarino....food over priced for what it is. Just back from Spain and Ireland needs to reduce its cost for diners.

I really love the breakfasts the variety of food the presentation and flavours and especially the friendly staff
The only thing that needs improvement is the bedroom doors are strong doors and make a lot of noise when they close especially for families with sleeping children but I know its not a easy solution

Lovely breakfast (didn’t mind the fact you had to pick the time and liked the a la carte style). Sauna, jacuzzi very good. Food overall tasty. Nice rooms, good temperature. Cocktail bar nicely decorated.

Curtains in room 117 don’t close fully! Bathrooms 117 & 118 too small. Baths too small.
Food not great! Pork belly v tough. Full Irish breakfast only ok, sausage bland, potato pointless! Eggs Olivia, fish not good (flavour not fresh), bread v small, not much spinach.

Reserve a time for breakfast. While breakfast was served til 11. Only slot available was very early...so bye bye sleep in 🙁
