قذر جدا الفندق به فئران تتمشى في الممرات الموظفين غير متعاونين كنت حاحزه 3 غرف اعطوني كل غرفه في طابق الغرف لاتنظف بشكل جيد

Location. NEAR to tube station ie marble arch.

1. Hotel service was very bad due to i) Air Conditioning not working well.. Needto open to open thewindow all the time. Complaints were madebut no response or nobody came to rectify. Ii) Noisy - noise from the streets plus noise from workers outside the room Iii) somepart of the floor carpet was wet and gives out smell till our departure. No action taken by staffs after complaint. They said it was due to cleaning of carpet but it didnt dried up till our departure. We need stay with condition tillour departure. Iv) Concierge was missing when we arrived so much so we had to carry up our bags to the reception. This makes our stay sour from the very start. V) Breakfast served were boring. No varieties or changes made especially for international guests. Hotel does not want to learn from the hotel service or breakfast served in hotels from Asian countries. 2. The hotels staffs especially at the reception were unfriendly nor have smiling faces. The staff at the guest service is even worst. She doesnt make an effort to make guests feel welcome. 3. Please do make improvement and changes. Guests spend so much but feel unwelcome.

Everything was perfect

Except elevators. Two elevators and take very long time.

The staff were great, location was awesome. Breakfast was good . The hotel is close to the Marble Arch tube station. Lots of restaurants M&S all close by. Hyde park is a 2 minute walk.

The elevators were slow and we were always having to wait in a big line ups. Looks like they are installing two more..The other issue we had was the housekeeping had a room right next to us that door was banging constantly.

Location, close transportation, room size.

Only two lifts working for around 800 rooms :( Rest lifts were under maintenance.

Good location

Waiting for the lift was really busy constantly which added 10-15 mins to each trip. Escalator to get to the check in desk and only stairs down - not ideal with heavy luggage

Tiny lift, rude staff at the bar, blanked me for 10 mins at the counter initially, then told me that even though I was given a card for 30% off my food, it wasn’t valid, then it was only valid for food not drinks (after an argument). Poor level of service

Location, decently friendly staff

Half of the elevators were not working causing a massive delay and multiple lines of people waiting to squeeze into an elevator. The lock battery for my room suddenly died and we were stuck outside on the floor waiting for assistance which eventually came but still was a great inconvenience with no compensation on that incident which is expected from a 4 star hotel.

They didn’t change the bed sheets for the whole stay time .. and they’re so late in cleaning the room

The elevators are always busy and not working The smell of the lobby They charge for the the early check in and late check out The stuff are not friendly.. I barely saw them smiling or try to welcome you !! The fire alarm is insane

Location. Very central to attractions, Oxford Street, public transports, local amenities, coffee shop located round the corner and everything is very convenient.

Housekeeping. Went out come back to same mess. Same cups, no replacement of new glasses and other utensils for tea and coffee.

Three separate beds for the adults Excellent breakfast with lots of choice Complimentary mini bar - quite unusual these days and very nice.

Weinig liften en weinig goede trappen. Hier wordt aan gewerkt hebben we begrepen Jammer dat er gevraagd wordt om het hotel meer groen te maken; niet de handdoeken elke dag te laten wassen. Maar elke dag werden toch alle handdoeken vervangen. Jammer

Location was exceptional, staff were great, so friendly. Rooms were FANTASTIC with all the extras. Complementary crisps and cans of coke, coffee machine in room! Highly recommend.

Limited elevators, but they appear to be working on that.

Clean bed

No service mindset as the receptionist said either u take the offer or not take the offer. Without informing me, someone packed my stuff and not to explain me why. Gave me the wrong key to open the room with someone already moved in.

located near hyde park and oxford street,easy to get around a lot of the areas that i was visiting.the room was comfortable and warm ,staff were very friendly and accomodating

Not enough lifts

The manager was great. Staff members were below expected service level.

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. Bastante limpio aunque la moqueta tenía mucho trote.

El hotel es enorme y solo tenía 2 ascensores. Se tardaba mucho en que llegara y venía hasta arriba de otros huéspedes.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaners all said good morning & with a smile that felt genuine. The restaurant staff were all very helpful. Location is fantastic, Bond St, Regent Street, Marble etc all within walking distance.

Lift were being refurbished. On arrival the hotel had notices explaining this & apologising for any inconvenience. Fair enough. However only 2 small lifts, waits were long and you had to travel ‘up’ to go back down to lobby, the lifts were packed from other floors on decent. We decided to take the stairs, we were on the 4th floor, got to 2nd floor there was a gate blocking stairs access any further? We exited on 2nd, sign said this way for stairs to lobby & were led on a labyrinth around the 2nd floor. Found stairwell, only to go 1 flight down & met with gates again? Another tour of the 1st floor to find stairwell that finally led to lobby. It would have been quicker to wait the 10 mins for a chance a the lifts! Appreciate hotel refurbishing, but lifts & stairs were chaos. Finally breakfast was very disappointing, no non diary option, croissants stale, queue for hot drinks machine. Food area was too small for number of people staying.

Have to wait 2-10 minutes for an elevator to arrive. Sometimes you give up and just take the stairs, which are NOT located close to the elevator.
