Our room was on ground floor and next to car park no going upstairs

Little outdated but did expect this from seeing pictures on websites

unfortunately, breakfast wasn't available on site.

felt air condition was clean, we are family with allergy, there was no problem in there.

price could be a little lower.

Once again the property provided a stop over to allow for us to tour the Hunter. In hindsight we should have centered ourselves in Pokolbin

The property provided a toaster and a micro wave. So we had the electrical equipment to make ourselves a meal. In particular breakfast. We were surprised that there were no china or cutlery on which to have a meal. When asked for these things, we were told. We don't usually provide them as most people go out for a meal. If that is the case then why have a toaster and a microwave. When pushed the manager became a little agressive and said that we weren't listening to him. We did get the items requested. They had no guest laundry which is listed on the plan, The laundry is for the property staff.

the bed was very comfortable

the accommodation was very run down and worn out, particularly the bathroom. the premises were noisy as there was a pub car park at the back. we were booked for 3 nights but decided to leave after one night, it was so disappointing
