The property was located within a quiet vineyard with plenty of space around and great views. Close to all attractions. The layout of the house was great with plenty of room for us all. There was plenty of kitchen items in the cupboards and everything was very clean.

Because of the type of flooring, the beds and mats slipped which was quite dangerous especially as we were all older adults. The outside paving needs attention. There were a few items requiring maintenance and we left a list on the table.

Among the Vines is a great little home nestled right in the middle of the Hunter Valley. The property is located close to wineries, cafe's, golf courses, the Gardens. The living area is spacious with a great outdoor area to enjoy. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy and although the bathrooms are a little dated they worked great. We only stayed for 2 nights but are definitely thinking of staying longer.

Not really anything we didn't like. The BBQ could do with a good clean but not really an issue. Maybe some decent coffee or a coffee machine with pods would be great but plenty of cafes nearby to get takeaway. This wouldn't deter me from staying again.

This is a beautiful house, immaculately maintained and extremely comfortable. We were only a group of three but it can easily accommodate a larger party. The house is also very well equipped for self catering purposes. The kangaroos in the garden were a bonus addition.

I booked the house for my mums 70th birthday. After doing a bit of research I decided on Among The Vines for its reviews and the price and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, very private but close enough to the vineyards, pokolbin shops and pub. The house itself is very charming and cozy. We loved sitting in the living room in front of the fire place every evening. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean and tidy. Will definitely be returning :)

From the moment we drove up the driveway we felt relaxed. The house sits on a little parcel of land amongst acres of grapevines, kangaroos, dairy cows and sheer tranquility. The windows are huge and show all aspects of the property from everywhere we looked. We were a family of 4 adult couples and the 4 bedrooms, ample lounges, good sized dining table and a kitchen fitted with every imaginable utensil, enabled us to have a lovely weekend away. Even the amount of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery was fantastic. We were able to have several meals without the need to continually wash up as there was only one allocated item per person as a lot of other accommodation places tend to do. We were very close to so many wineries and attractions and the wine tour bus that I booked even picked us up from the front door of the cottage despite having to travel down quite a long driveway. I highly recommend this little gem and would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.
