Disneyland park shuttle çok iyi istediğinniz zaman sizi hotelden alıp parka &patkdan alıp hotel bırakıyor. Çok kibar çalışanlar yataklar oda mühteşem yine gitsem aynı yerde kalırım

Locatie en de shuttle/taxi service van en naar Disney (tot 00.00u!) waren echt top! Familyroom met prima opgemaakt bankbed voor de kids én een tweede wc in het vertrek. Fijn dat er elke dag nieuwe flesjes water werden neergezet.

Het ontbijt alleem tussen 8 en 10 en was niet heel super. Afhankelijk van de dag, was het chaos tijdens de ontbijtspits. Schalen niet snel aangevuld, koffieautomaten defect. Met wat kleine aanpassingen zou het de totaalervaring naar een 8 optrekken!

Mooi zwembad, mooie kamer: ruim en met een kitchenette. Zelfs een extra douche.

Het restaurant is een drama: dit zou een kindvriendelijk hotel zijn: maar de kindermenu in het restaurant is gewoon afgeschaft in realiteit. Menu is niet kindvriendelijk en de vis van de standaard menu was niet eens voorradig. Evenals de bestelde wijn. Ober deed hier ontzettend arrogant over: een verhaal vooral van niet willen. De shuttle service naar Disneyland: met bagage mag je er niet op, dus als je dacht zo terug naar de tgv te gaan: vergeet het maar. Ook hier: een verhaal van niet willen.

The room was excellent for families, we could close the door between the living area and our bed, it has two toilets and a wee kitchenette.

Very modern, clean hotel. Excellent location for Disney; lots of amenities close by. Very good shuttle service to Disney. Staff were very accommodating and super helpful.

C’est très dommage de ne pas autorisé la piscine aux enfants de moins de 4 ans même accompagné des parents , pour le prix de l’hôtel c’est dommage de ne pas laisser également les familles avec des jeunes enfants profiter également d’un moment de détente

No nos hicieron el cuarto , pero salimos tarde y quizás debíamos avisar! Pero todo bien igual

The very nice staff at the reception and/or concierge- well done. We’ve experienced very good vibes. The shuttle to Disney in comfortables cars was great. The location is great; near Disney and Val d’europe. You’ll get great value for money.

No proper electric chargers for electric cars.

工作人员友善乐于助人，有免费的接驳服务。酒店位置很棒，离购物区很近，并且周围有两家味道很好且营业到很晚的亚洲餐。夜床服务的巧克力我很喜欢。

接驳服务并不是按需求的，去迪士尼的时候等待了20分钟。酒店隔音不好，有听到小孩跑跳的声音。

Spacious family rooms, very well equipped also with kitchenette with appliances, 5 min by car from Disneyland and free shuttle service with minimal waiting time, very clean, prompt staff, underground parking in decent price.

Close to Disney

Turnt up to check in at 7.15pm, to find room a mess and not cleaned! We moved rooms, offered an upgrade for the rest of stay. The upgraded room I paid 177 euros for had no working air con, so room was boiling hot! Had to keep window open to which beeping cars woke us up at 6 am everyday. Noises throughout the night. Didn’t have one decent nights sleep. The shower head was broken and leaked all night. One morning we had no working water until 3pm! Hotel staff told about the issues and didn’t fix them, hotel staff seem to not care. Took my email address to email and send compensation for defected room and I’ve heard nothing. Quick to take your money but deliver poor customer service, sleepiness nights and not give a care in the world! Avoid here! We wish we never stayed as the sleepless nights and false promises from staff ruined our trip. Book elsewhere!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very well maintained, clean and modern. The shuttles to/from the Disneyland park are “on-demand”. You just ask/call the concierge. We never waited more than five minutes for a shuttle. The in-rooms kitchens were well equipped and made it easy to prepare sandwiches and snacks for the park. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the shower water pressure was excellent and always had hot water. The hotel is also a few minute walk to the nearby mall which has a giant grocery store, Primark, Uniqlo, H&M, Starbucks and a bunch of other restaurants nearby.

They didn’t re-stock coffee in the rooms. To be fair, we didn’t ask them either. I’m sure they would’ve added it. But with everything going on and us focusing on the park, we forgot to ask them. But it could’ve been much nicer if they would’ve just restocked it when they clean the rooms. We would’ve loved to go to the pool and jacuzzi after a day at the park. To unwind and relax. But the pool and jacuzzi close at 10PM which doesn’t really make sense because the Disney park closes at 9PM and we always wanted to stay until the end to see the fireworks and drone shows, as well as take advantage of the short ride queues at those hours. We would’ve loved it if the jacuzzi closed at midnight for example. The spa prices for massages were extremely high, so we opted out of booking a treatment. While the rooms were clean, we did find hair in the shower on our arrival which is not the end of the world but still kind of yucky.

La primera habitación estaba con olor a cigarro, la segunda con la cama a media tender igual que la tercera!! El personal con ninguna preocupación, estuvimos más de una hora entre una y otra habitación!.

Нет раздельной зоны от детей. Дети в бассейне устраивают треш.

It was stylish, smart and there was a lovely calm and relaxing atmosphere.

Restuarant were very poor in providing meals customised for allergies - where local restaurants were excellent in understanding needs.

The customer service was exceptional as they are always accommodating. They speak and understand English well. The room is spacious and has always been cleaned throughout our stay. The lockers in the changing room for the pool is good.

The system in place for the shuttle service needs improvement.My understanding of this when I booked the hotel is a shuttle(mini-bus)that can accommodate plenty of passengers with a specific time of departures/arrivals to and from disney but not it’s per request service. This is fine in a way as it gives as much flexibility as possible however there are only 4 vans to accommodate all the users which may be many on peak times like school breaks. Going to disney from the hotel is not a big problem,but going back in the evening especially after the fireworks which finishes late in the night summertime is a complete mess and disorganised. After the beautiful night of fireworks we had to rush out of disney among large crowds to ensure we can catch the shuttle before midnight as they are very clear on instructions that service is only until midnight. This is hard because the fireworks finishes around 23:15-2330 and by the time you fought your way out to catch the shuttle, lucky to be there at 2330. It has also been difficult to contact the number providedm to request for the shuttle.We managed however there were other families or group anxiously waiting if there will be anymore shuttle,all of us we’re in the same thinking we might not catch it as the van can only accommodate max of 8. The driver comes just to collect anyone without knowing who had phoned in early or requested for it. My suggestion is at least take note of the room number or client’s name and time they called and make a proper assignment of the shuttle. Alternatively, have a system in place to inform concierge, even way ahead of the time in the morning that the client has a plan to see fireworks which means the hotel can plan ahead how many vans to wait at the allocated stop for the hotel’s shuttle service at disney.
