- the flair of the appartment (very nice), well furnished, all home appliances were available

- very quiet at evenings/during the night (superb)
- superb parking spot in the garage (accessible only with remote, which is great in France :D)

My family of 3 came to Paris for a 5 night stay here and found the location to be perfect for our visit to Disneyland. There are plenty of amenities nearby - a short walk through the mall to the train station or a slightly longer walk directly to the resort. The owner, Feryel, was absolutely lovely and very helpful in getting us acquainted with the area, and the apartment was the exact size we needed. Very much considering coming again perhaps in the summer or later in the year, and would highly recommend! Thank you!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, had all the amenities we needed. We found the location to be very good, opposite the shopping centre and various restaurants. The Disney parks were about 20-25 minutes walking distance, alternatively there was a free shuttle around 5 minutes walk from the apartment, however we decided to walk to the parks every time.
The area is quiet and never felt crowded which suited us just fine especially after a long and busy day at the parks.
Feryel and her husband were very accommodating and helpful. The communication was great. We found Feryel's husband waiting for us on our arrival and explained all of the facilities and how to get around the area. We will certainly be recommending the apartment and will certainly return if we're ever visiting Disneyland again.

After initial problems with phones we contacted the owner who met us on site to hand over keys and show us where to park. There is a large shopping centre opposite which we decided to park in while sorting which is ideal.

But saying saying that that's why the apartment is so well kept

Fantastic location, 5 minutes from the shuttle bus to Disneyland, across the road from 2 huge shopping centres with numerous restaurants. Beautiful apartment and extremely helpful and friendly hosts.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Perfectly located for Disneyland, we walked to and from more than we took the bus.

fantastic location! 15 minutes walk from the Disney parks, 5 minute walk from the shopping mall and lots of transportation options!
The recommendation of the Boulangerie opposite the Town Hall was excellent and provided brilliant breakfast properties.
Feryel was an excellent host and nothing was too much for her - her attention to detail makes the apartment feel like home.

So easy and quick for access, we had constant chat with the host which was so helpful and made for an easy handover after a long day travelling.

The owners. The flat is enough for 4 or even more people. I made a mistake while doing the booking ( I entered 2 adults instead of 2 adults and 1 child of 4 years age.) and this was a HUGE issue. The owners asked for an additional 60 euro for 2 nights for the child. ( You can select any days for 2 adults vs 2 adults and 1 child the price is the same. ) I tried to explain this to the owners. they kept bothering me for the whole week. they couldn't show me any evidence where the 60 is coming from. because even if you ask for an additional bed, the price is 15 euro per night says the booking page. It was really a bad decision to stay there.

every thing is great only the towels should be renew (even thought I didn’t use it because I used mine but it is great if they change them)

Lovely apartment, very clean, very near an amazing shopping mall, near the train station and walkable distance to Disney. Lovely washing machine and dryer. Very useful with small kids.
The high deposit of 350 Euros as we could've used that during our stay. I wouldn't have minded a deposit of around 50 -100 Euros or a sum like that

Very chic, extraordinarily clean, and well laid out. The kitchen was very well equipped with cooking facilities and basically had everything you needed in the apartment - even some snacks and bottled water.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable - honestly one of the rare occasions when we were satisfied with the pillows.
Good blackout curtains and is nice and quiet.
Great location and easy access to Disneyland (15 min walk), train (10 min walk), shops, and restaurants (2 min walk).
The host was very prompt and helpful in communication.
I will certainly go back to this place next time I visit Disneyland.
The only thing missing for a 5-star experience were some disposable slippers.

Nice apartment within walking distance of Disney!
Security deposit was a cash requirement, which for me being from the UK isn't great as I still have the Euros in my wallet. Needs to be a card payment.

The apartment is self catering but there are cooker hob, oven, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine - perfect. There is also a washer & dryer.
The bathroom and kitchen are finished to the highest standard, you do not feel you are renting a holiday apartment - it feels that your hosts have simply moved out for the duration of your stay.

Very nice apartment with all necessary things 10 minutes from Disneyland by car, 5 minutes from the mall by foot and very close to the nice square with some restaurants. Very friendly owners. Parking place available.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, it had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect, being so close to Val D’Europe shopping centre was a bonus. The train station was only a short walk away and being so close to Disneyland (15 min walk) was fantastic.
We enjoyed staying here so much we extended for a further 2 weeks.
Feryel (the owner) was absolutely amazing, she greeted us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked and later made sure we had settled in ok. She was a fountain of knowledge with local markets she also kept us updated on train strikes and best places to park for certain things.
We would highly recommend this apartment and really look forward to hopefully going back in the future.
