Room was a bit cramped for two people

Hôtel accueillant, à 2 min de la station de métro Higashi shinjuku. Hôtel propre, pas mal de services notamment machine à laver et micro onde dans les parties communes. Personnel souriant et disponible. Aucun problème pour laisser nos bagages avant le Check in.

Chambre un peu petite. Petit Déjeuner un peu rébarbatif et qualité moyenne mais il y a de tout.

Location to subway and eateries. Shower pressure.

Photos do not show how worn the furnishings actually were. Televisions also need to be updated to at least smart tv level as, after a long day taking in the sights you could not watch anything but free to air Japanese television. No streaming. USB input even locked out so could not even watch from your own portable hard drive. Check in was done by complicated “automated”check in station when staff standing around could have done it quicker. Seems consistent with the brand. Second and last time we will use Fresa hotels. A safe would be nice as well

In a great location within walking distance of a few metro stations that allow easy access to the whole city as well as convenience stores and restaurants for a bite to eat also within walking distance. Easy self-check-in and out process and friendly, kind staff. Facilities such as vending machines and coin laundry machines were perfect for a longer stay and the provided amenities in the lobby were a great addition. The room was small but cozy for a solo traveller with a comfortable bed and bathroom.

It's very close to a subway station and a 10-15 minute walk to the Golden Gai area of Shinjuku, so its location is good. Also wifi was good, the bed comfortable and the shower was also good. Room was also quiet, so slept well

The room was tiny, with barely any room to even walk past the bed, let alone any storage space to unpack clothes. Pillows were hard as, filled with buckwheat maybe? Definitely not soft :-(

Been here many many times since it was called "Sunroute Higashi Shinjuku". I used to love this hotel so much. Everything used to be perfect. Above all, the location is super convenient as it's right next to the subway station.

It used to be super clean. But this time I was shocked that they don't clean up the room very well. In fact, I wondered whether the maid had hoovering up the room at all during my enire stay? Lot of dust everywhere. Thrash can in the room hasn't been emptied properly. I noticed a tissue on the floor and the next day it stayed at the exact same place even after the maid had cleaned up the room. Please sort this out!

Die Lage an einer sehr gut angebundenen Metrostation in meinem Lieblingsbezirk. Wasserkocher, kühlschrank und Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Noch kleiner können die Zimmer eigentlich nicht mehr gebaut werden. Sie sind einfach so klein, dass das Bett 70% der Fläche einnimmt. Es können keine zwei koffer geöffnet platziert werden. Das Bad ist winzig. Für die sonst gute Kette sind diese Zimmer wahrlich nicht toll. Panel der Klimaanlage muss fest betätigt werden, da sehr alt.

excelente ubicación, relativamente cerca de la estación JR, llegue caminando con mi maleta el primer día, y al lado de una estación de metro. Muy limpio y con todas las amenidades necesarias. El personal es muy amable y el desayuno contundente.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is also next to a metro station which makes it very convenient.

Room size was small, as with most hotels in Tokyo.

Good location for exploring Shinjuku, and good value for money compared to other hotels nearby. Clean rooms, helpful staff at check-in and also handy having a fridge in the room.

As mentioned in other reviews, very small rooms but decent sized bathroom and fine if you’re out exploring all day.

Closed to the station , also lots of free cosmetic items at front of the lobby.

I fell itch on my body every day go on my bed . Also the fridge in our room got some stain inside the fridge.

The hotel amenities in the lobby. They offered everything you might need - face masks, tea, hair brushes etc. I liked the room, it was super quiet. It was really helpful they had coin laundry in the building. I also really liked they had ice machines which was great in the July heat! The room had everything I would need for a stay! It was also right by the metro which was super handy!

The bed was quite hard - but I think at this point I was just getting used to harder beds so it was probably no harder than other beds in Japan. The room was the average size for a Tokyo room which was fine for me as 1 person and just a cabin size luggage case.

Small room but the location was good and the room served its purpose. It was super close to the things we wanted to do so overall enjoyed the property.

What you see is what you get. It was clean and affordable so nothing to complain about.

staff were friendly and we could keep our luggage for free at the location before check in time. although they did not speak english that well, they tried their best to communicate with us. check in and check out was very fast as well. Very very good amenities such as free sunscreen, face masks, hair masks, face wash, cotton buds and other stuff at the lift. It came in small quantities that were good for travelling.

Good location--20 second walk from Higashi Shinjuku Station (Tokyo Subway), and within walking distance from Shinjuku JR station. Very professional staff, and great value.

The rooms are a little dark, and a bit old, but clean.
