Bon emplacement, en sortant de l'hôtel, on est dans un quartier animé avec multiples connections de transport.

L'emplacement de notre chambre 5321 juste au dessus du Lebua nro 3, bar animé et bruyant jusqu'à minuit. Cela restait supportable les 2 premiers soirs (en raison de décalage horaire), pour les deux nuits suivantes, c'était moins agréable.

Great quality food and service. Huge rooms and great views… the Rooftop bars are superb.

The area around the hotel is a little grim to walk through at night.

ホテル周囲にはデパート、飲食店が豊富でロケーションが良いホテルです。スタッフも気持ちよく接してくれ居心地はとても良かったです。 siroccoで食事をしましたが、ここでも素晴らし接客でした。ただし高層に位置しますので常時風が強めに吹いており、女性は大変ですね。服装規定がありますが、ビーチに行くような出で立ちでもしない限り断られる様な感じはしませんでした。他の席にはTシャツで旅行カバンを担いできている男性もいましたし。食事は高額ですが、値段を気にするような方は行かない方が無難です。アラカルトで楽しむのも良いですが、英語が堪能でない方はコースにしておくのが良いかと思います。追加料理で牡蠣が注文できますが、とても美味しかったです。食事の後にスカイバーも利用しましたが、siroccoを利用していたからか直ぐに案内してくれました。

隣との壁が薄く、普通の会話まで丸聞こえです。お隣さんが情熱カップルであった場合は一晩中悩まされるでしょうね（笑）。私がこれまでに宿泊したホテルの中で一番お隣の音が聞こえてくる構造でした。 クラブラウンジはもう少し品数を増やして欲しいです。

朝食は種類が多くて毎日楽しめた

設備が古い。 エアコンを止めるとカンカンとうるさい音がした。 新品のシャツをクリーニングに出したが、アイロンのかけ方が強すぎて襟や裾が擦れてしまった。 日によってボトルの水の本数が異なった。 掃除後にゴミが床に落ちていた。 部屋に小さなゴキブリが出た。 booking.comでツインの部屋を予約したが、キングベッド１台の部屋が予約されていた（サイトとホテルのどちらが間違えたかは不明だが）。フロントに部屋を変えて欲しいと言ったが、変更出来ないとの事で、エクストラベッドを入れてもらったが、寝言地が悪く最悪だった。

Warten auf die zu wenigen Aufzüge Im Verhältnis zu vergleichbaren Hotels und Rooftop Bars extrem (unverschämt) hohe Preise Es fehlt dem Hotel (nicht dem Personal!!!) an Charme.

Ich bin zum 2 mal in diesem Hotel. Dieses mal haben wir uns eine grössere Suite genommen . Sie war Super gross und schön. Das Frühstück war fantastisch mit viel Auswahl.

Das einzige was mich ein wenig gestört hat waren die alten Möbel die sind sicher seit der Eröffnung nicht gewchselt worden . Das Infotainment ist veraltet keine möglichkeit Netflix , Prime oder Youtube zu schauen .

Es war ein fabelhafter Aufenthalt mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Als die Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft mitbekam, dass wir Raucher sind, haben wir extra ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon erhalten. Alles perfekt!

We have been coming here for years and it’s such amazing value, along side being a really chilled luxury stay. Live the staff in the club lounge and still see familiar faces! They do such a great job! Reluctant to let the secret out…

The bars are truly silly money. We had one drink in the Pink Bar as it was my birthday and they looked after us so well, can’t fault the staff in any way, superb. But the price really is astonishing ridiculous!

Mieliśmy pokój na 51 piętrze, ten widok jest wart każdej złotówki! Przeeecuuudowny widok na panorame miasta! Apartament przestronny, może już ciut zmęczone wyposażenie, jednakże totalnie nie wpłyneło to na Nasz pobyt! Przepyszne różnorodne śniadania dosłownie wszystko przygotowywane na poczekaniu dania z jajek, pierożki, warzywa, owoce, wędliny, sery, makarony, sushi, smoothie! Jedynie przydatne info zwłaszcza dla Panów, w do niektórych miejsc obowiązuje odpowiedni strój (długie spodnie i pełne buty), np. do sky baru, dobrze wrzucić jedne do torby, bo myśmy się nie przygotowali, a w spodniach w słoniki Nas nie wpuścili! Polecam!

Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden.

Einfach genial !!! Alles war perfekt: das Personal, das Ambiente, der Service, das Zimmer (Suite), und das Frühstück war sensationell !!! Geschultes Personal, dass einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat.

Die Preise in den Restaurants und an den Bars sind unverschämt teuer. Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass bei günstigeren Preisen die Gäste mehr verzehren würden.

Iconic hotel with excellent service and great location. Travelling with young adult children, this was a great place for them. Great use of the tower club lounge facilities. While the restaurants on site are expensive, there are plenty of local places around that are reasonably priced. But the 64th floor restaurant is bucket list worthy. Short Tuk tuk ride to Patong market and MBK centre.

They seemed to clean our room quite late e.g. around 5pm when we were returning from exploring and wanting to get ready for dinner. But we worked around it, didn’t mention it to staff at time as we were only there for a short stay.

It was so expensive when you are there,we where charged over $80 for 2 cocktails at the pool which was not what we expected when we go the bill . Wasn’t happy about that. We spent over $1000 on dinner for two up In sirocco . The food was wonderful but the matching wines was a very poor serve and wasn’t worth the extra money so we left a little upset over the price the whole experience was totally ruined by allowing Instagrammers to continuously take photos when we are having such a experience there this shouldn’t be allowed when we are spending so much money . We went for our honeymoon dinner but left disappointed in the fact it was so Hugely over priced . The staff where amazing.

Excellent lounge staff and good food and drink selection. Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious. Pool are was large and inviting

Rooms were huge but a little dated. Reception are was not very impressive compared to other Bangkok hotels I have stayed in. Lifts we very inadequate especially at weekends. Security staff heavy handed - physically stopping one of us getting into the lift by putting his hand on his chest. People arriving for the restaurants were treated with greater preference than hotel guests

I love everything about this hotel. I stay there four or five times per year.

The only thing I would say is hurry up and open the spa area. It was closed because of the pandemic and has not reopened

- Room was not ready despite precautionary announcement of arrival (after 14:00). Had to wait by the pool because we were not allowed to wait in the lounge because of my shorts. - The first evening we were denied entry to the hotel by security. Was told by the guard that entry to the hotel is not allowed with shorts (). Had to discuss with him and show him our room keys, after that he just left without saying a word, very unfriendly, we did not feel welcome at all. - They tried to charge us 7000 THB extra for our dinner in Breeze during checkout even though the dinner (food) was already included in the room price. They admitted their mistake after some discussion. - Suites are old. - At breakfast, the staff escorts you to a table, but as soon as you return with your food from the buffet, the same table is already occupied by someone else, even though it is clear that the table is already taken.

The Gym was a little limited on equipment but adequate for most people.
