Excellent property & very very co operative staff

Excellent Staff.

The hotel is in the middle of some upgrades and renovation. Paint smell and accessibility were issues. But the upgrades will be great.

Staff was very nice and their service was also very fine.

Staff at reception were unhelpful . Price was more expensive compared to the room conditions. We booked two magnifique rooms but they provide us an option executive “standard” rooms.

Location was prefect and staff were very friendly and professional. They noticed that I have a night flight and gave me a late 3pm check out without me requesting. Highly recommend

Room is small in size compare to other sofitel properties. Bathroom, Room Entry and wardobe are not at all a sofitel one. Kettle was not in place. Coffee cups are placed on bed side table. No charging socket on one side of the bed. beds are not comfy at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism welcomed by beautiful MIRA she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym and a fantastic onsite restaurant. I highly recommend the Sofitel if you're looking for a truly luxurious experience.

Hotel a bit oldish.... Under renovation during my stay so quite noisy sometimes with the drills and machines.

the new rooms are very good with state of the art Audi Video system and the overall style is elegant and more subtle. I will go back.

The lobby concierge staff were friendly and super helpful

it was quite dated and old. Had to change room after one night as there wasnt any hot water for shower in my room. Had to call and convince the staff a couple of times over the day that we had to hot water, and only eventually couldnt take it and requested to change room in them middle of the night.
