Amazing apartment Great Location, and so comfortable and with everything you expect and more

There was nothing i would say i dislike

The staff was excellent, in place and awaiting my late arrival. I could see him there behind the desk before the taxi could stop to drop me off. I was so relieved at that moment. After a really long day and night of flight mishaps, no airport hotels and no rooms available, I booked luckily one the last rooms at SACO. The lovely gentleman had everything ready for me, handed me my room key, directions to elevator and quick property information. Then kindly and efficiently booked me an early morning taxi that I could return to Heathrow for my flight. Then he wished me a good night sleep, which I indeed had as the bed was very comfortable.

Being there for a short over night stay I found no issues.

The saco apartment as a whole is perfect, from the reception staff to managers such as Andrea etc To the studio apartments and the larger apartments They have everything and more to satisfy everyones needs and requirements, plus the aircon is ultra special at the moment

located next to a Sainsbury’s, McDonald’s, Witherspoons, a steakhouse & a couple of other restaurants nearby! Tanning studio across the road and a cinema just up the road. Free onsite parking. We couldn’t fault the apartment for cleanliness and the facilities were fantastic! Fully equipped kitchen with plates, pans, cutlery, cups, fridge, toaster, microwave, fresh towels, WiFi, power shower, comfy bed, tv, long mirror etc. Friendly & helpful staff! Close to train station as well. I was able to make us breakfast each morning by getting food from the nearby Sainsbury’s but Witherspoons was very cheap for food nearby if on a budget.

Nice and clean. All the amenities are very well.

Very helpful staff, beautifully clean and spacious, very comfortable. It seemed very secure with 24 hr manning of the reception desk and cameras in the car park.

Co-ordination of communication from Saco Customer services, staff in the aparthotel and booking.com. For example I had asked for early checkin via Saco Customer services and phoned Saco Farnborough reception where I was told that they wouldn't know until the morning whether this could be done but would do their best. That morning the room cost plus the early checkin fee was charged to my account together that of the other room that I had booked...so I presumed that the rooms were ready. We arrived to find that the reception staff were unaware of this and the rooms were not quite ready...but they quickly put extra hands to the task to sort this out. The other issue was booking.com nagging me to cancel one of the rooms even though I had stated that the other room was for my brother-in-law and wife. Having to present photo ID for everyone in my group also nearly presented a problem as we don't generally carry passports in the UK and I couldn't be absolutely sure that my sister-in-law would have her driving licence.

Excellent value for money, could easily stay here for a week or two and still feel comfortable as ample room or clothes etc.

Maybe a light over the bathroom mirror would be helpful

We were an hour early for check-in and the staff happily checked us in early without us having to ask and waived the early check-in fee.

The room was very clean and tidy. I was surprised to find a washing machine provided as I don't have one of my own but instead have shared facilities. I am due to travel again in sometime in September and will again be choosing Aparthotels in which to stay.

I did not find anything that I didn't like and in my opinion everything should stay as it is without any changes.
