Excellent tasty breakfast Good polite service

The staff were so friendly and it was very clean and comfortable.

it wasn’t too far from work, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. breakfast was good.

the hotel is very tired needs redecorating.

room very small and very tired bathroom clean but again very dated shower took a while to regulate due to taps spinning carpet stained walls/wallpaper scratched and damaged dirty fan in wardrobe curtains falling apart at the sides and torn no blind on bathroom window and overlooked by residential houses

Nice clean rooms, and hotel.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, mattress was a bit too soft, but it's just I prefer a firmer mattress. Breakfast was adequate, but could have had more vegetarian /vegan option.

it was conveniently located and easy to get to. check in was open till midnight as I did get in around that time. the room was big and clean with a comfortable bed. the full English breaakfast did not disappoint

no elevator! not fun having to carry a huge suitcase on 2 flights of stairs in this heat

The bedroom was adequate for a one night stay, bed comfortable , TV didn't work but we didn't need it. Fans available as we stayed on a very hot night. Air conditioning in communal areas, very welcome at breakfast. Breakfast was adequate and all the staff we came across were friendly and polite.

No air conditioning in bedroom, not something in England we would have looked for but with the weather this year it would have been very welcomed.
