Helpful receptionist on lateish checkin (10pm)

Car parking very limited on Sat evening. Was in a 'quieter' room on 1st floor. I'm sure it was quieter compared to some, but the traffic noise was very noticeable. It's a problem of the precise location I guess. Nevertheless, I was happier with an opening window. Couldn't see any veggie/meat alternative options for breakfast (although what was there was OK for an egg eater like me). Both coffee machines stopped working at the same time I noticed.

Good choice of food on breakfast buffet, and good quality food.

Air conditioning did not work in the room. Rather stuffy because of this.

Good breakfast to start the day. Hotel well laid out for leisure.

Food and drink prices could be slightly lower for what is on offer at the hotel.

Booked a suite that should have included complementary drinks in mini bar? Mini bar was empty

it turned out to be better than originally thought especially as it is situated right next to a big round about. Very quiet

very bland and old. we had an executive room - uncomfortable bed (so much so we couldn’t wait to check out and did so at 6am), mould in the shower titles, stained carpet and spots of dried food sauce on the walls.

we found the breakfast was very expensive for what you get
