The location is good and the staff is excellent. Always willing to help. My child loved the breakfast .

Only thing which was missing a place to take a print out 🖨. I had issue while doing online check through phone. I just needed a computer and a printer. Unfortunately the hotel did not have . Considering its a 5 start place . That's the only one this missing. Rest was all good.

Staff was really friendly. Especially the restaurant staff at the breakfast. Bed was nice and comfy and the room big enough for our stay for two days. Breakfast offer was really big and the omelet was tasty

Bugs in the bathroom. We especially booked the hotel for the pool and the spa they offer. Pool was closed until 11 for cleaning and the water was still green and had bugs in it. They said it is because if the rain the day before but for a hotel that calls itself a five star hotel this can not happen. Spa couldn't be offered due to rebuilding it. Workout room was OK though. If we would have known that, we would've picked another hotel. The second day our whole floor and our room smelled like gasoline. Thought it would come from the cleaning but there must have been something very wrong. We were very uncomfortable with that. Smell stayed the whole day until we left in the evening. Food was nice, pretty expensive though. We already expected that because of the five stars. Food was not as good as expected from a five star hotel.

Room was spacious & Comfortable. Staff were friendly. Location is good.

First of all all WiFi did not work but then they provided a dongle. I was about to rate this hotel as excellent but last day I had to request couple of times for my room service but no body showed up. apart from it was an excellent stay.

The hygiene was extremely poor. There were hair on the bed covers and in the toilet. Made me so uncomfortable that I didn’t even end up using their blankets. There was no complimentary wifi. The food ordered via in room dining had loads of oil. The room gave the vibe of a cheap one star oyo room. No carpets in the room. Furniture reeking of unpleasant smell. Unclean pillows. Split AC instead of central air conditioning in the room. Even the lobby smells and half of it isn’t even air conditioned. No room slippers. Pay 1,000 or 2,000 more and stay at Taj City Centre, Gurugram. Bristol’s reception is smaller than a five star hotel’s bathroom, the property is old, unclean, smelly and very oyo room types and the rates are like five star hotels. It’s a joke.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Excellent food! Super delicious. The serving staff was excellent.

Bathroom could have had better fixtures.
