ホテルの全てのスタッフの方が感じ良く、部屋も快適。 タージクラブ付きプランで予約。アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウト、クラブラウンジの利用、朝食、空港への片道送迎が含まれており、インド最終日を快適に過ごせた。 地下鉄駅から徒歩圏内、デリー市内から地下鉄で移動でき渋滞も回避できた。 デリー国際空港へは、空いていれば車で20分ほどで到着なのも良い。 5年前にデリーのタージホテルに泊まって大満足度だったが、こちらのホテルも大満足の滞在でした。

We enjoyed the stay immensely. Everything was at a top'level you expect of a 5-star hotel. This will be the hotel we will stay at on our next visit to India.

The property itself is beautifully managed and maintained. The customer services is wonderful and the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Check-in was efficient and quick even though we arrived quite late in the day and they were very accommodating with check out. Our stay went without a single hitch and staying at Taj is always a pleasant experience!

There wasn’t anything to not like during our stay!

Great property beautifully designed

No heating in chilly cold weather. Thermostat stopped working. In 2 rooms. They promptly provided the heater in the morning. Is appreciated. But in such a hotel the basic temperature control should work Lots of staff are new and still learning. But they are nice about it

WE ORDERED IN , FOOD WAS GOOD QUALITY. quantities ARE ALSO GOOD , FEELSLIEK WE AREIN 5 STARTW TIH SIDES, SALDS ETC. HOWEVER, THE TIME FOR SERVICE CAN BE IMPROVED. WAS BETTER THAN BEFORE.

We stay at Taj properties almost once a month! so of course we like it. btu we should be able to avail extras, upgrades, some complimentary services. as booking the room directly though taj is always more expensive. also, though we always book for a smoking room, at the counter there is never one available!!

From the checkin to day to day care by the staff. It’s phenomenal. Chef Deepak, Naresh and Piyush took significant care of my family and no words could do justice to the care they put. Thanks again to the extreme care provided by the staff.

I accidently dropped something under the bed. And to fetch I had to look under it. I food dust there. I grossed out for a while. Apart from there the whole too. Was spotless clean. 4.5 stars for the cleaning

The reception is the best I have ever had. Rahu, Manasi, and so many, are all friendly and helpful and considerate. The restaurant is the best I have had in India. The first smiling face I met each morning was from Anshika. And then so many other young faces smiling and friendly. Great selection of Parathas is my favorite, and the fresh Papaya is the best, etc. Thank you, Taj.
