Dirty - Noisy - Disrespectful manager This was my worst experience in a hotel, ever. We booked a room at this hotel through booking.com website for 2 nights. We left very early in the morning to go to Ischia. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were given the keys and basic information of the hotel and went to the room to drop our luggage there. Our first impression: the room was very dirty and smelt of cigarette smoke. After a few hours, it even smelt of sewage. We waited to say something as we hoped the smell would disappear if we left the door leading to the swimming pool open. We returned around 11 p.m. and went back to sleep as we had a long day. Once we got back to the room, it felt as if we had just entered into a nightclub. The hotel had organized a party in the bar next to the swimming pool. Please note that at check-in, the front desk advised that the pool closed at 11:30pm and so did the bar. No one mentioned a party. Problem: We were not warned that a part would take place and therefore, we not able to request a room change earlier in the day. The party lasted until 00:30 and more than a dozen people stayed until 1:30 in the morning screaming just outside our door. It was impossible to sleep. When we explained our situation to the hotel manager, she did not apologies, and told us that it was normal and our fault for not wanting to “have fun” and yelled at us. We were given another room the next day even dirtier than the one before. Conclusion, very expensive for unhygienic, impolite/rude staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Room is clear Nice indoor pool

1)I booked and prepaid hotel from 5 till 9 August - but when i come 5 august - reception told - no room, overbooking. And give me room without number ( i think, is room for personal) - i dont like this. Next day , 10 August, i receive normal room 334. 2)Beach - impossible for arrive by walk. Coz its 1'5 km by hard way down( and back - hard way up). Im 52, no have hard problem with legs - but its way heavy(!). I cant go up. Its really heavy!!!! Transfer time by bus - not good, coz 14-30 " to beach "- its hot hot hot time . Why no have 15-30 or 16-00? Every doctor in the world told: sun is dangerous from 11 till 16. Hotel don't know about?? 3) hotel situated becide Epomeo( not more 1 km) - and this confuze me - coz start fire 2 day, fire on mountain (foto 1, 2, 3) - of, corse, i can't relax . So, every tourist must to know - maybe this fire will repeat. About me - i dont like this , so, for me this place not good for holiday

Everything was absolutely perfect! Location was amazing and so was the hotel with all the amenities. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and very nice.

Everything!!! There's nothing not to like!! Gorgeous view and super friendly staff!!! Massive thank you especially to Nicola (the shuttle driver) who was super friendly and available!!! And Elizabeth (house keeping) who is again incredibly friendly and nice!!!

I enjoyed the fact that I had a spacious room in a separate building surrounded by beautiful trees with a refreshing atmosphere, I had the pleasure of meeting two beautiful cats😊. The access to public transportation was easy and in a convenient location. I liked the nice breakfast service attached. there was a miscommunication(mainly because of the language barrier) between the staff and I concerning the spa services I paid for, and the receptionist was patient, considerate and very helpful in clarifying everything to me.

My experience was fine until I got checked in and found out my room had no wifi connection, I informed the staff on two separate occasions and nothing was done about it. I had no wifi access for the entire duration of my stay.
