Good location, nice flat walk into town. Very comfortable with good facilities.
The seat in the shower was very dirty which let it down as everything else was so clean.

The finishing touches were awesome. Lovely little quirky things that made the room feel like home.
Ground floor buildings and parking outside your room made coming and going easy.
Nicest place to stay in 3 weeks of travel in NZ.
Certainly doesn't disappoint.
I looked for something that wasn't anything but perfect but failed.
Can't rate the place or owners as anything but exceptional.

Sehr gepflegte und moderne Unterkunft. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Schönes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, Mikrowelle, Toster usw. Freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Gute Betten mit beheizter Unterlage (die wir natürlich im Sommer nicht brauchten).

Every staff interaction was weird and off-putting. The do-not-disturb sign can’t actually stay on the type of door handle, so attempting to hang it on the chair outside resulted in housekeeping standing there laughing obnoxiously for an absurd amount of time, until I had to come outside to get them to stop. The spa I paid extra for was a waste too, the jets had a clump of hair and black slime coming out, truly disgusting. This was a disappointing waste of time and money, and the weirdest staff experiences I’ve had at a business.

We loved our rooms...really clean and the small details like decals on the wall, full length mirror and color splashes from cushions n chairs really created a luxury feeling.
Linda gave us a warm, smiling check-in and we really appreciated our rooms being ready more that an hour early.
We loved that our rooms were ground floor and that they had SkyTV. Loved the open cupboard cum bag storage nooks and the size of the rooms. We also loved the area and ease of proximity to restaurants and the church.

Lovely, clean & quiet accommodation. Lady on reception was very helpful. About 5-10 mins walk into the centre of Blenheim. Parking directly outside room. Given information on the local wineries which was very helpful.

As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed in by Linda who was very lovely and accommodating. She gave recommendations for places to eat which we went and tried and was not disappointed. We had brunch at Ritual Cafe. Very yummy food!
Room was fresh, spacious, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. My mother in law had her own room which had a spa bath so that’s awesome! We had a shower but oh my the water pressure was amazing! Loved it.
The property is also only a minutes walk from the main town centre which is very handy!
Parking was great as we parked right outside our room.
Also can’t forget to mention that the beds are so comfy and warm!
This place is very affordable as well! Let’s not forget that part 😊

The Villa is very well maintained and looked after by the host. The Villa felt like home away from home. It had everything that you need to make yourself at home. Inside of the house was very clean and tidy. The rooms were perfect for my family of 4. I would stay here again next time I'm in NZ. Value for money really great place to stay. So many restaurants and cafes to choose from. I forgot to mention inside the house there was a book which was very well put together with information on the local places to visit and menus from cafes and other places to eat. I really appreciated the details in everything.

Rooms are a great size, lovely grounds great parking outside your room and fabulous friendly hosts.
The bed was old and very soft. And there was no aircon, as fans just circulate the warm air.
