We were a but blindsided about the lack of bath towels. My fault for not noticing this was mentioned on the website. One just assumes towels are provided, as they usually are in motels we've stayed in. So we were caught short. But apparently there was no hot water anyway (in the communal bathroom facilities). Maybe this was due to it being night time, but one would expect the facilities to cope with the amount of people if so many are welcomed in.

great customer service and friendly owner very welcoming and helpful lovely units and beds are comfy and cosy will definitely stay here again. Units were very warm and cosy and homely and cleaning staff provided exceptional service very friendly and thorough. Thank you for having me again

Carpet in unit was wet. People in unit next door urinating outside our unit and on side of our car through the night.exccessive noise through the nihjt

Very clean, modern, good parking even with a trailer, easy to communicate with, beds well made and comfy. Facilities in good working order. Got a free upgrade on the room, not sure why, but really appreciated it
