I asked for pic-up service at the New Delhi International Airport and the Hotel staff waited for me outside the gate of the Airport building.

When I arrived at New Delhi International Airport (14 March 2023) at 6 p.m., big construction work around the Airport was going on and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes by car from the Airport to the Hotel! It is not fault of the Hotel, at all. Next day, during daytime, from the Hotel to the Airport, it took only 20 minutes. Guests should be prepared for such traffic problem.

Very friendly staff, great facilities and food. Location to airport is excellent and property is well maintained. I also use the gym.

The attitude from Hotel - they charged amount from my corporate card without any notifications. I have sent 5 requests (withh all details about staying and transaction) to them through email and booking and the nobody gave me explanations. Meanwhile, I have to gave the repport to my accountant regarding that charged amount. They even did not answer in the chat on booking.com (messages were received, but nobody is going to answer). My only hope that my feedback on bookin.com will help to get explanations regarding my problem.

Had a wonderful time at the hotel. Special shoutout to Mr. Himanshu and Ms. Sonali as they were extremely welcoming. I would also like to mention Mr. Sapan for helping me out! Would recommend for sure as it was such a relaxing experience!! 💯

Für Überraschungen nahe des Flughafen Delhi, ist das Radisson eine gute Wahl. Für indische Verhältnisse ist es teuer, aber für Europäer bietet es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Beschäftigten sind alle extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut eingerichtet. So wie es sich für die Preisklasse gehört. Für alle, die indisches Essen mögen, empfehle ich das Restaurant The Great Kabab Factory im Hotel. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Menschen außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfreich. Sie boten nicht nur einen hervorragenden Service, sondern auch nette Unterhaltung und hilfreiche Tipps. Ich durfte hier Abhishek Singh treffen, der mich durch das leckere Menü begleitete. Auch die freundliche Shafali versüßte mir meinen Aufenthalt in dem Restaurant durch ihren Service. Das Hotel bietet außerdem einen sehr effizienten und angenehmen Fahrdienst. Der Puckup am Flughafen funktioniert und man findet den eigenen Namen gut lesbar sofort bei Ankunft auf einem Schild des Fahrers. Mich holte Deepak ab, der sehr gut englisch spricht und sehr freundlich ist. Vielen Dank für einen kurzen aber sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Im luxuriösen Badezimmer roch es ein bisschen unangenehm.

Nära flygplatsen, pool med solsängar, vattenkokare på rummet, bra Wi-Fi och sköna sängar. Jättebra frukost. Rekommenderas

The food choices, SPA availability and comfort, closeness to the airport, and the attentiveness of the staff all made my stay extremely positive. This is a place I would look forward to returning to again and again.

There was absolutely nothing that wasn't above par. There was nothing I didn't like about any aspect of this hotel.

Passage obligatoire par cet hôtel avant de prendre l’avion. Ce n’est pas mon premier sejour au Radisson Blu Delhi. Le personnel, le service, la nourriture… tous est incroyable. Il s’agit du meilleur hôtel qualité/prix sur Delhi

Property was nice to stay with good breakfast.

Staff at reception during check in were slow and extremely unhelpful. They couldn’t see that our booking was made on behalf of guests staying which was all clearly stated and mentioned at time of booking. Staff were indicating that the booking is not valid. It really was frustrating as there were three elderly people who wanted to rest up before their flight and it was all being delayed by an incompetent staff member.

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt för några dagar i Delhi och är stort, lyxigt och bekvämt.

Vårt rum luktade konstigt vilket vi påpekade för personalen, något vi inte tycker att ett rum för så mycket pengar ska göra. Vi blev erbjudna ett annat rum men doften var samma även där. Till sist kom någon och sprayade något i vårt rum som hjälpte en stund. Maten är fantastisk på hotellet men priserna är verkligen i det dyraste laget, speciellt för att vara i Indien.

Spacious room. Lovely large shower and bathroom. Staff excellent. Only stayed overnight so only had breakfast which was superb. Airport taxi excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer

Room had dusty surfaces. Hallway carpet on my floor was very dusty. I ordered Hotel taxi to see India Gate, but the driver took us last there and it was limited time to spend there. Moreover, I did not request to shop. The driver took me to a shop „just to look“.

SPA and room was good standard

We asked for a twin room but none were provided. We paid for breakfast but we were 12 mins late and were not accommodated. no airport shuttle

When myself and my friend reached the hotel at 10pm in the night, hotel staff said that there was no booking in my name. They did not bother to check my booking through Bookings.com. They said that the booking may have been to a different Radisson Blu hotel.

The Hotel staff are not trained in checking reservations made through other websites especially the ones from outside India.
