Fantastic service. Every personal request was met with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The swimming pool was ideal for our young children (aged 3 and 4) and the local beach was very convenient, comfortable and picturesque, with other beaches a short taxi ride away. I recommend the bbq available at the resort and a trip or two to fisherman's village for the night market - all arranged by the manager (Volker) and his team.

We stayed for 7 nights, the place is amazing, queit , clean, big villa with private pool and beach. The resort service team were very warm and hostpitality. We'll very happy to come again!!

This is terrible!!! Dirt and rudeness!!! Don't come here!! I have never met such a terrible attitude, the girl manager at the lobby is just terrible, absolutely not friendly, and when my husband made a remark to her, she started grumbling and waving her hands at him and when we asked her name she wanted to call the police!!! We are just in shock, we asked her boss, but she said that nothing would happen to her, she has been working here for 6 years and does what she wants and won't tell him anything. It was all just disgusting, we haven't been humiliated like this before. We booked apartments, but we were upgraded to a villa - and constantly reproached with this. The villa itself is a horror!! When we stopped by, the TV was not working, the dishwasher and the extractor hood over the stove, the air conditioner, there was no kettle and coffee machine, there was not even a clothes dryer in the sun. There was no hot water for two days!! Some of the problems were fixed in 2 days, but most of them remained. At the same time, the whole villa is dirty - everything is stained, everything is falling apart and oh, horror, we have mouse poop everywhere!!! There is garbage and stones in the grass on the street, you can't walk without shoes. There is sand in the pool. They never apologized to us for this horror, but only the manager shouted and said that she would not apologize, do not like it - leave. I really hope that the head of the hotel asks for this review and will put things in order. Yes, the rooms are cleaned every other day, and accordingly bath towels and beach towels are also changed every other day ((((

i have booked beach front but actually it was not.

The place is very nice and spacious and it was very clean except for the dishes so we just put them in the dishwasher. We are a big family, two adults and four kids, and there was enough room for all of us. The staff is very friendly and helpfull but due to covid it seems that currently they might be understaffed. The pool is great and we used it a lot. The beach is also just a short walk from the villas and currently most of the time you are practically alone. Please note that they are very secluded and you need a transportation from and to the hotel.

The shower only could be set ether to very hot or cold, no matter how gently i tried. Even though we followed the instructions we could not operate the TV and the safe.

The resort is located right next to Six Sense Samui, so we got the same private beach in a lot more cheaper price! The staff was very nice and helpful. The house is big and comfortable and also pet friendly.

This property is ideal for those who want to be far from “civilization” - a very quiet place, a nice and clean beach and almost no people around.

This place is kind of far from restaurants and shops, but if you have a bike or a car - you should be fine.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming. We felt like part of the family the moment we arrived. We had our two small children with us and they were very considered there - beach toys to borrow and a fence to go around the pool.

Location is in the top corner of the island so probably worth hiring a car for exploring but the resort do offer assistance locally with shuttle buses for shopping and a variety of beautiful beaches.
