Great hotel and location for visiting Auschwitz, in addition it was great having s Spa to go to after a long day. The facilities were great and the massage I booked was very good. The restaurant had good choices and food and delicious wine to try from the region. A real nice stay. Staff was nice and helpful.

Breakfast did not have many choices, and worst there wasn't an attendant there to help out, only area of the hotel I feel needs improvement.

Check in and checkout was swift and easy. The breakfast was simple and tasty. The reastaurant had a good selection of nice food. The Spa was very good. Overall, the stay was great, it was close to EnergyLandia and Auschwitz.

The property itself is beautiful. The room is great, big, comfortable, has a balcony.

Beds could be better.

Asthetically very pleasing building and room. Safe parking area.

We couldn't bring beer into the jacuzzi, that was not very nice.
