This is a MSD emergency accommodation motel. The unit was dirty. The tv was broken with half the screen working. Other guests argued most of the night. Loud banging and swearwords.

Good location, easy to get to ferry in the morning. Petone was lovely - lots of shops and restaurants.
The accommodation itself was very dated and tired. Needs a serious renovation. Clean but not very pleasant.

property was dirty. black hairs on bed sheets and in bathroom drawers. soap dispenser and body wash dispenser both empty. Latch broken on bathroom window. room very hot. no air conditioning or fan available. contacted reception by telephone and email and have still received no reply. didn’t get to meet anybody during stay.

Not alot cleaners were respectful of my space and friendly to talk with. I also liked it when the prostitute that was next door left after 4 days of awful sounds and banging coming from its room all night. Also when the cops came to arrest a guest who had beaten up his partner. That was entertaining. And when I checked out.
The reception staff are absolutely hopeless and unhelpful. Reception is located at Another motel 100 meters down the road in a tight horrible carpark you can barely fit a work vehicle in. Receptionist barely comes out of the little back room to accommodate guests need. Very disappointing won't be back over priced and hopeless reception staff.

The only good thing about this place was that it was cheap and close enough to the Ferry.
Was very confusing having to go to a different motel to check in and a hassle returning the key too.
Neighbouring room had several people that were very very loud at 3am, slamming car doors and yelling at each other, seems like there was no sound proofing in the rooms whatsoever

That it was close to my aunty place
There were other people before us rubbish and alcohol bottles under our bed
We were so lucky we found this before our 1 year old toddler did. Also they were aware we were staying for two nights and did restock the toilet paper. Disappointed!

Very noisy people next door, got woken around 5am by their sex noises.

The room smelt mouldy, especially near the door. My bed was next to the door so I smelt it constantly. Thought the shelf in the shower had a crack but turned out to be a long hair.

Very noisy toilet when flushed. Grubby, curtains washing, furniture wiping down, some good general cleaning required.

Bed is very comfy and shower was amazing.
I arrived to the motel , had to ring the number on the door.. then was told to walk down the road to another motel get my room key. 🤦♀️ after traveling for 6 hours I wasn't in the mood to walk.
