Upon booking the apartment, the hotel assured us of an early check-in at 12 PM, which was important as we were only visiting the town for a day. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that we would have to wait for several hours as the room was not yet prepared. Despite showing the confirmation email of our early check-in, the hotel manager insisted that it was impossible and that they had not sent any such email. Consequently, we had to venture out into the city without being able to freshen up after a long journey.

First of all THERE IS NO ELEVATOR! We had to carry our 23kg. baggage up the stairs on the 3rd floor! Also the toilet and the bathtub/sink are in different rooms… So you go to the bathroom and there is no sink to wash your hands unless you go to the other room. The main bedroom area is tiny, we couldn’t even open our suitcase to take our clothes out. And finally when the maid came to make our bed the next day she dropped and left our own pillow (we always carry our own pillow due to health reasons) on the dirty floor.

A lovely apartment with stunning mountain view and a lot of space. We rent it for the 2 of us but there was space for at least 3 extra persons which makes it a great value.

Careful with the underground parking. It is great only if your car is small in size or you are a very good driver. Otherwise my recommendation would be to stay away from it and park outside on a free parking.

Good value room with views of mountains. It has a bath (with shower) which was great after a long cold day. The bed was good size and quite firm. Free Wifi was good. Undercover parking in the basement.

Parking spots were tight and the steep driveway was slippery in the wet. No elevator to get luggage to higher floors. The hotel restaurant was closed the night we stayed. The location is a bit out of the city centre.

Really helpful staff, my transfer was delayed and they went out of their way to help get it sorted

It is a bit of walk back at night from town but we will defiantly stop there again

would be beneficial to have some common household items for the facilities such as dishwasher cleaner, laundry detergent, extra kitchen towels or paper, wine opener in the apartment

Excellent location just minutes to walk to the gondola or the bus station. Very modern nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Hotel has a nice lounge area and a patio upfront where you can enjoy a cocktail. Breakfast was decent. Will stay here again.

Amazing stay. Beautiful property and excellent location walking distance to gondola. Great breakfast options, room was cozy, and incredible views of Chaminox valley.

everything was brilliant and better than expected. we booked for a long birthday ski weekend and had a mix of advanced and beginner skiers. 10bed chalet was great. we had a car parking space in front and were allowed to check in early and check out an hour late. super grateful! chalet was in great condition and super clean. no complaints - would recommend to everyone!

it would be great if there were a few tea towels included and a hand towel for the ground floor bathroom. also the shower head in the master bedroom could use a wall mounting at head level so you are still under the water when needing to use shower gel etc.

Good value, nicely decorated room and shower/bath, comfortable, cosy little bar area with open fire and separate lounge. I had a hire car, but there is a railway station and bus stop nearby. Great for a stop-over. Very convenient for Les Praz/La Flégère lift.

Practical property, with plenty of room for our stay of ten people, situated in La Praz close to chair lifts, local amenities and bus stop.

Not really much to not-like, possibly add updated TV's in bed-rooms, large cooking trays, kitchen knives, glasses, and some locks on the bathroom doors.

The view from the room was incredible. Breath taking! We loved being able to open the window for fresh air. The lobby area was lovely and a great way to unwind after walking back to the hotel. The bar tender was so friendly and made us feel at home.
