A picturesque property with the friendliest staff, the Ramada In Udaipur is a must visit when planning a trip to the city of lakes. From accomodating our special needs, to the delicious food and comfortable suite, we loved every minute of being here. While most feel that this property is away from the city centre, but all it takes is 10-15 mins to reach Chetak Circle and you're sorted. The traditional Rajasthani dishes were made to perfection and the staff was super helpful. A fantastic venue for destination weddings too. Thank you to the entire Ramada Team.

Chef and server were extremely hospitable and professional. Loved our meals.
Liked our villa. It was quiet, private and peaceful.
Location and ambience was amazing.
I expecred more activities and things to do. It was pretty basic in that aspect. However it was still fun.

I regret booking here. I liked nothing about this place.
Unfriendly check in as they required ID’s for children. Our hotel initial credit card payment is still blocked even though we paid by other means. They wanted to photo copy my credit card which i refused due to lot of scams.

The location of the property is awesome. It gives you a complete view of Udaipur City. The city itself looks great from under lights from Ramada.

The property is exceptionally beautiful and the food is great.
The staff is very unresponsive and unprofessional. Check-ins get delayed by more than 2 hours because the rooms were not yet cleaned, then they allot the wrong category of rooms (Not completely corrected even after informing). Overall what we saw at the reception is that every other guest had an issue with the check-in delay.

Breakfast Spread was good with lots of dishes. Restaurant staff was very good and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Krishan in the restaurant. Suryakant in the housekeeping was very nice and helpful.
Front office staff was very rude and ignorant. They should be given soft skills training to ensure they are soft spoken. Reference: Virender in the front office.
