Great location for centre and sea front. Room very comfy and accurately presented. The lady in the office was particularly helpful with regard to places to see and eat and friendly.

It was clean

The bed was very uncomfortable, we rolled to the middle, very soft and springy. Did not get much sleep my back was sore in the morning.The room was very dark and small. could do with some updating.The bathroom had no wash basin. The basin was in the kitchenette. Did not like the fact that you had to wash hands, brush teeth and dry your hair, (yes hairdryer was on the wall above kitchen bench) in the kitchenette. This room was definitely not four star as stated on booking.com

Proximity to boardwalk along ocean. We requested a second night because we planned to golf the next day and didn't want to re-pack and move again.

Some things out of their control, but some were. Terrible bed! Was a king but actually a king box spring with 2 twin mattresses and mattresses were so broken down, too soft! There is a big construction project across the street and work started at 7 am. Much noise.

Staff communicated well

The staff were very welcoming. The location was perfect for what I needed and amazingly quiet. The room was clean and a good size. Great to have a proper table to work and eat at. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. I will definitely return.

Mattresses were soft and slightly worn. My booking was messed up and I ended having to get two rooms.
