Everything is good except breakfast choices can be improved. Reception staff are all very friendly and capable. Felt safe and the apartment was very spacious and enough equipment in the kitchen.

I asked for gluten free options for breakfast and soya milk - in China this should not be an issue. However I was told that only 1 day a week there is soya milk.

very aged, very worn carpets in the hallways, and while the room itself was comfortable it was very very aged. The bed was very hard.

The view from our apartment on 33d floor was amazing!! Buffet breakfast was very nice. Perfect location. We couldn’t find a better place!

Too much paperwork

I book a two bedrooms as i travel for buisness but my brother come along to visit the city, we get inform at check in is 2 rooms but not two bedrooms , one room with king siz bed and one room for a ridiculus office !!! How can i not be having inform about it ? Why the room come with 4 including breakfast if is one bed !!! After request a bed they want to charge for it !!! Is ridiculous !!!
