Room very attractive, neat and well put together

Lovely little cottages, very clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location for seeing and hiking to the glacier, with lots of cafes and restaurants.

Comfortable, basic accommodation that was close to restaurants, shops and walks. Rudimentary kitchen facilities that were adequate for breakfast preparation. The receptionist recommended Blue ice and Alice May restaurants both of which were great

location is decent, walkable to most places in the town.

parking was quite messy, we were allotted a room in the corner of the property with literarily no view. our windows faced either walls or the other rooms, the outside patio was also very cramped and without any views. When we requested for any other room, they said this is the only room they give for booking.com.

Comfy beds, nice heating, good location!

It is not their fault to give me a poor room. The rate your company give to me is for a room for handicapped persons. I had to pay another $27 for a room at the Terrace motel which is also managing 10 cottages.This is the 2nd time it happened to me during this trip tp NZ where I booked all my accommodations through booking.com. On 14 aug in Christchurch at the Colonial lodge it was also a room for the handicapped.

As explained above. Booking .com.should highlight the rate if it is for a handicap room

Dull unimaginative decor. Smallish rooms. No hot plate or stove elements.
