Great location. Big room. Friendly staff

Not super comfortable bed and also there were some hairs in the bathtub so not entirely clean. The wifi also basically didn't work inside the room.

A vet warm welcome, loved the fireplace and room was warm on arrival. The deck opening to the rainforest was so relaxing. So close to everything but still very quiet. Good facilities, spacious and clean. Would recommend and stay again.

Lost WiFi on second night, assume internet down but made forward planning difficult. That’s it though.

Beautiful setting in the native bush, comfortable , spacious room

Great hotel, Lilian was so amable and was very welcoming and hospitable upon arrival also about our wizard issues with closed roads. A lovely affordable place to stay with great atmosphere! Both rooms were quite large, everything nice and tidy, and more importantly, having the panel style heater on kept the room nice and toasty during the frosty nights we stayed. The biggest room it's really amazing where we stay for the second night after our road issues we could taken a Great rest in a beautiful room.

Well managed with friendly staff. Our room information was left ready for us after a late arrival. The room was very spacious for a studio. It was nicely appointed and was spotlessly clean including a sanitised TV remote. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. Everything worked well and the bed was comfortable. We loved the outlook from the huge window straight onto native bush.

The toilet and shower were a bit dated but it all worked just fine.

Great comfortable room excellent gas fire with fan warmed the room fast outdoor area has punga forest at your door step pretty cool, spa bath was a treat too, leather couch nice touch of luxury would stay again, plenty of room for all our motorbike gear and helmets with cupboard to hang jackets

Somewhere to hang clothes / towels in the bathroom would be useful
