Чудове помешкання, на даху невеликий та дуже теплий басейн. Маленький номер, ванна кімната знаходиться за скляною стіною. Поруч автовокзал та торгівельний центр. Їжа смачна. Персонал завжди готовий допомогти.

Необхідно було доплачувати за їжу дитині, оскільки діти у них вважаються до 6 років. Це єдиний готель, де зіткнулися з такою ситуацією (Дубай і Шарджа при такому ж бронюванню все було без доплат). Причому сніданок і вечеря були «шведський стіл».

Location was great, staff was great, check-in was quick. Room was clean and well maintained. Valet parking was great.

Small details were overlooked. No outlets next to the beds for charging. No charging stations. no slippers/robes/toiletries(brushes/shaving kit).

The room was great, modern, clean, with everything you might need during your stay. The staff are very polite and helpful. Location is also good, few minutes away from the main bus station.

The hotel provided us late night check in, they operate 24x7, it was very important for us because our arrival flight was in the middle of the night. Everything is clean, quiet, excellent and kind service and rich quality breakfast. Location is very near to the central bus station which is great if you plan to travel to Dubai by bus and that is the cheapest way and we enjoyed it.

Room is simple. And neat. And fast internet.

It's our fault that we didnt check our things before leaving. However, it would be better that if a guest checks out, send someone from the house keeping to do a quick check. Because sometimes, guests are pre occupied or in a hurry when leaving.

I love the hotel since long time

Filipino in buffet who is asking which room number i felt embarrased after she sighs hay naku i paid for my staycation not my partner. She should give respect instead of insulting.

Everything was really nice. The room clean and spacious. Nice bathroom. Everyday cleaning. The breakfast was really well assorted. The hotel staff has been really courteous. Great location next to shopping malls and the central bus station. Recommended!

Clean room, facilities. And very polite staff which helped us a lot with different questions (i.e. printing of documents, calling taxi, ...) Cozy pool on the roof where we were meeting the sunrise every day (after warm up in the little gym near the pool). Locations is pretty far from the beach but near to Al Wahda Mall.

Everything was excellent!

The restaurant and the mall is just nearby, so if you don't have a car which is most likely better not too, because there is no parking at the surroundings. But yet there is valet but valet are only 2 staff for a huge busy hotel.

I didn't like that the cleaners did not do thier job properly. I reached My room and while waiting for my luggage to reach (after 30 minutes) the reception clerk came up to assist on my luggage as they were busy parking cars and when he took my jacket to hang it inside the closet and kabooommm a very bad smell came out of there, so I called back the gentleman and asked him to have a look again inside the closet and we found out a food delivery sack that was eaten from previous stay in customers and left it inside the closet and it got rotten and created a huge bad smell. That wasn't acceptable if the room was clean and not the closet, that means they didn't tick the checker file while conducting the housekeeping checkup. Anyways, I was expecting an upgrade or something but then I got the room next door... not satisfying at all, but what to do. However, i went down the second day and I spoke to the receptionist and I asked her about her manager to whom I have sent an email too discussing my issue, thus she just kept on listening to me and nodding her head and keep on saying yes sir, ahaaa, yes sir, yes and then at the end she's like, OK I'm sorry for that, i said alright and moved on... honestly, I was expecting maybe a call again from the manager or maybe a fruit basket or maybe a complimentary drink or dinner or lunch or anything..... but nothing happend. So yeah I had a little of a bad experience.
