Excellent rooms. The lady at the reception gave us the biggest rooms one of which was an apartment style with kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent and staff was super helpful.

Great staff, very welcoming. We arrived in the evening and had been travelling all day. With no possibility to eat locally and two hungry kids we were offered cheese toasties and some homemade cake. Both of which where very nice! Grazie! Hotel was clean and the room had been recently refurbished. An amazing breakfast with lot's of choice.

The hotel is perfectly situated but unfortunately because we went in august the town was closed. The hotel is very welcoming and the breakfast is the best selection we have had on our extensive road trip.

The bar could do with a bit more variety, ie long drive and no gin and Tonic.

Bossio is a very small town, by a lake so thats nice but there really is nothing there so you have to travel outside for anything to eat etc. But I guess that was reflected in the price, otherwise the Hotel is excellent.

Lady host is very caring and attentive,. Is excellent property, close to lake, very quiet and peaceful . Housekeeping staff is also very warm and rushes immediate if something is required. Hygiene part is excellent

The room floor was very dirty, and the lady in the front dest was very rude. When I asked her to get the floor cleaned because we have a toddler and he sometimes hangs around on the floor, she told me that “I am baby and I am dirty” (?!) and for some reason she got very angry and left the front desk. So I wouldn’t choose here again.

Everybody has been very friendly and helpful in all aspects , even safe has been installed in the room by my request. Breakfast was very good . A lot of choices ,everything vas very fresh .Real great coffee. No problems with the parkin .Convenient location for travel around lake Como. We got the best advices were to shop ,were to eat .We felt ourselves very comfortable .The room was great , airy, and with a garden view . We are very grateful for everyone who made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Recommended to everybody.

the breakfast was good

We did not find the hotel to be worth the 3 stars. The room is very simple and noisy and the desk staff not very friendly. Moreover, we were shocked that the from desk had our full credit card number, exp date and code all hand written on a paper.... we ordered via booking.com which is supposed to be secured!!
