Lovely pools - peaceful - and great staff (so helpful)

NO LIFT. Noisy people in the pool after dark. Need more signage. DEFINATELY aging, needs a face lift. Will be better when the roads outside are fixed.

Loved how clean the unit was, and near the beach & loved the shower

Furnishings were basic verging on sparse. There was only 1 stem glas (champagne flute) and 3 small water glasses..

The heated pool was amazing, close proximity to the beach for walking, place had everything we needed in the kitchen and was neat and tidy

Possibly needs a new coat of paint

We absolutely loved staying at this resort! The apartment was spacious, it had all the commodities and the heated pool was perfect! It is ideally located at the Miami Beach, which is wonderful!

The only thing that could have make our stay better would be to have the cleaning and hygiene products (dish soap, hand soap, etc.) in the apartment but it had a starter pack so it wasn’t bad at all!

pools were nice, location to the beach was excellent. Apartment gardens were beautiful. Facilities in the apartment were good. Staff were nice. Bed's were comfy.

The t.v remote in the lounge did not work. The reception staff said they would get someone to look at it, but in the 6 days we stayed, it wasn't rectified. The 4 slice toaster only worked on one side. The reception staff gave me a 2 slice toaster to replace it with. The main bedroom window and ensuite bathroom windows would not close, so noise echoed up, from other guests. Finally, the sofa in the lounge was stained and needed a good clean. I didn't realise that the apartment was on the 3rd floor when booking, and had to drag 2 suitcases up the stairs.

Loved the warm pool and the space in the rooms. The staff were awesome

The pool was lovely, location was great. We enjoyed the sauna too.

Ok - not sure where to start! As Airbnb owners and hosts, actually just as an average normal family we were pretty disgusted. The kettle did not work, the washing machine and drier did not work, the tv remotes did not work nor did the bedroom tv or the light in laundry - actually it was hard to find something that did work. As 6 guests staying for 9 nights we found having only 6 towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, one sachet of washing powder and one sachet of dishwashing liquid, one bin liner, 4 teabags was very scabby (please note toilet paper is available for $1 per roll at reception) but come on guys 6 people 9 nights!! Cooking appliances and crockery were vulgar and hardly worth mentioning. The lamps in all the rooms were so old and extremely filthy / as were the fans above our beds (they were literally covered in dust) we weren’t about to turn any on we were glad it wasn’t hot. Paper thin walls with very loud neighbours above. Just a few things we didn’t like.
