Disappointed by the lack of view

Very dirty! I have been staying here past 4 years. This is the last, level of cleanliness is appalling for a 5star resort. Not just rooms, carparks, corridors, lifts. Seriously need a change of management in houskeeping

Buffet breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly, great spot up on the hill with a bonus cart service for a ride up and down the hill.

Next time will pick a villa with the beach view and take coins for the pool table and arcade games.

Wonderfully set in the bush land of Noosa Heads but close enough to walk to beach/hasting st. The bar and restaurant were great for cocktails on site and friendly staff

The room had an odd smell. It was a bit dark with the trees, but I realise that is the location.

everything. we waited 3.5 hours for our room to be ready when checkin was at 2pm. We werent given a room until 5:30pm and when we got it, it wasnt even properly cleaned. I will never waste my money staying here again

Location is excellent

I didn’t find the staff to be very attentive - we had to lug our luggage up a steep hill and had trouble finding our room. Would have been good to have some food or beverages by the pool but the bar was shut the whole time we were there.

I mainly booked peppers because they were one of the only places which offered breakfast included in the booking price. As a pregnant woman, it’s important I eat breakfast everyday and peppers didn’t disappoint. There were lots of choices and everything was freshly cooked. The purpose of our trip was a baby moon and reception gifted us with a bottle of wine and non alcoholic champagne on arrival!

An aircon switch or remote we could take to the bed instead of having to get up a few steps to make adjustments.

studio smelt very damp/musty - quite unpleasant. Had to wait until 3 pm to checkin and when trying to check out woman on reception did not acknowledge me.

Great location, good size rooms, great pools and buggy service

Room for improvement on cleanliness. Bed was medium to hard so woke up feeling bit tight.
