Excellent location.

Dated and worn decor and fittings and fixtures. Rusting around bath crumbling all around it in large chunks. Bottle of cleaning product left beside the bath. Bathroom not sufficiently clean - aging bathroom and highly textured floors aside.

Fantastic room, bed, and location.

The smart TV didnt work in the bedroom and the reception person came up but was unable to fix it.

Romm was large and clean.

We weren't provided with breakfast vouchers for which we had paid.

we booked the apartment because it had a spa bath. the spa bath wasn’t working. a bit disappointing.

A heads up about renovations would have been nice as we would have stayed away especially for the price. The reception was in a car park, the room was very very tired! The carpet was frayed mould in the main bathroom shelving units coming apart and just general over tiredness with a 2-3 star appearance for 5 star pricing. No sound proofing at 6:30 we were woken by multiple garbage trucks!!! We arrived at night no one to help head to our room and it’s very dark and difficult to navigate due to the renovations. Yes location was great but I don’t think we will be back in a hurry

the front desk ladies that checked us in (we arrived at 3pm), failed to mention that the restaurant was closed from 130pm (despite giving us a charge back card to use when the restaurant was already closed), there was no mini bar in the room or room service at all (despite being advertised as being available), when I rang the front desk to ask about room service or where to get food from (any sort of help/direction as we are not from Queensland) and the girl on the end of the phone was very rude and basically told me to get Uber eats if I wanted room service. The room did not smell clean or fresh (rather musty), the bedroom slider door to the lounge had come off rails and was just hanging (so my husband put it back on the tracks so we could close it). overall it was a VERY disappointing stay, having just come from The Sebel Brisbane CBD which was EXCEPTIONAL compared to the utterly awful service and facilities we experienced with this stay at the Noosa property, despite the Noosa property costing $150 more per night than the Brisbane CBD property). the lady on the front desk (I think she was American or Canadian with strawberry blonde/red hair) when we checked out was lovely and was horrified when I brought the above up with her about how much of an awful stay we had.

The room was big, was an apartment really. Had washing machine and dryer. The staff was nice and helpfull. The location was unmatched, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the main beach. They also peovide beach towels.

The rooms are a bit dated and can be expensive.

The room was a good size, and within easy walking to Noosa Main beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful on some occasions.

We paid extra for a room with river view, so the room mainly overlooked busy Noosa Parade behind and a canal view in the distance. If you an early riser you would be ok with all the early morning noise, however being woken up at 6am EVERY morning by the rubbish collection who emptied the big industrial bins behind all the resorts/restaurants etc. Also the resort next door was doing major construction with noise started at 6.30am - this is illegal according to the local council rules which state no noise before 7am. I spoke to reception about this and they only apologised and said they don't manage that resort so they couldn't do anything.

Location was perfect and the main reason we chose the accom & staff were lovely. Parking was also appreciated knowing how busy Noosa is on weekends.

The room was clean when we arrived, but the kitchen lacked a sharp knife & safe drinking cups for the pool area. Only glass was provided and no glass is to be taken to the pool area. The sofa bed in the room was atrocious, comfort level was zero on that one. We ended up having to ask for a rollaway bed for our extra guest as the one in the room ended up being broken. Lastly, the lifts were out of order! This was not stated when we booked the room and very disappointing - that and the sofa bed, most disappointing things to be honest. There was nothing on booking.com about this nor was there any info about the renovations - that was a note in the email AFTER I had paid for accomodation. Thankfully, the reno's had been put off... the lifts though :(
