The rooms are very very big and nicely decorated. The garden is amazing, a real paradise in a dirty and loud town. Also breakfast is really good. Staff was kind and helped us organise the trips during our stay.

Wifi is not working in the rooms and there is only one fan, no aircon.

The place was really amazing we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the swimming pool.

The only problem is the staff. They’re really cold and they look like they’re not happy that we’re staying there we asked the Wi-Fi password and they give us wrong. When I ask it again they seemed like angry with a little bit high voice. When we turn our self at the back they’re laughing on us. 🥲

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND UNINFORMED. My mom’s flight was cancelled for a day and PAL offered to move her flights from 22 JUL-24 JUL to 23 JUL to 25 JUL for FREE. We stayed on the line with the PAL agent for almost 40mins because we couldn’t get confirmation from the resort staff if we can modify the booking with them. They keep saying that the in charge “Alma” wasn’t around and that they would just text us to confirm, but we ended up calling again to check because the PAL agent was also waiting. So because it’s just right to extend her stay, we grabbed the offer from PAL and asked the resort to move her check in and check out date according to the flight. They said we will need to pay 1500 for the additional night, so we agreed. My mom arrived and they asked for the payment, I said that we’d prefer to pay the additional once she checks out so we can also pay for her food and other resort charge-to-room expenses altogether. The staff said okay to this. However, just day before her check out, she was asked to move to another room because the room she was staying in was already booked by someone else. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT. What I cannot understand is why they need to tell my mom that, “BECAUSE THE ROOM IS NOT PAID YET” like WTH are you talking about bringing this up when we agreed we’d make the payment once she checks out so we can pay everything else MEALS, BEVERAGES, anything else that she’d like to charge to the room!!! IF YOUR DECISION-MAKER CANNOT ALWAYS BE THERE TO DECIDE ON THINGS, AT LEAST HAVE YOUR STAFF KNOW THE RULES AND AGREEMENTS YOU MAY HAVE WITH YOUR GUESTS! INCONSISTENT!!!

The shower had hot water, the bed we slept on was comfortable, the A/C blew cold, and the entire property is gorgeous. We loved all of the natural beauty being allowed to flourish around the resort. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally helpful when we needed an airport shuttle. This place saved us! Thank you Kokosnuss we can't wait to be back someday!

The water pressure wasn't amazing and a few flies got into our room. Nothing I'd consider overtly overlooked.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our initial reservation was on a different day but our flight got cancelled so I went through the app to reschedule it and got charged an additional fee, they were very helpful and understanding of our situation and i got a refund. The place looked very homey and quaint, I definitely felt like I was living in nature.

One night at 2am the smoke alarm went off in a different room but no one attended to this. It kept ringing for an hour and I tried to ring the phone number provided but no one answered. Had to take matters into my own hands and ripped the alarm from the ceiling as it wouldn’t turn off. The pool looked like it needed a good clean as well, but in all fairness they did so on the last day of our stay.

Kokosnuss feels like a little oasis in Coron, with the beautiful gardens surrounding the pool. We stayed in the bungalow with the quirky and amazing underwater themed murals. We loved our stay here.

Honestly we really loved it, but some staff were less attentive than others - but on the whole, the team were great and we would come back.

The staff was really nice as well as the atmosphere at the property in general. The room and bathroom were very spacious. The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was delicious and a good price.

Nice quiet location, close enough to walk to town, nice pool and wonderful staff, they were very accommodating to our requests.

This is an odd little place with interesting (over decorated) rooms. For the same price we also stayed in other rooms in town which were cleaner and more comfortable. The pool is very cloudy (you can't see your own hand underwater and in general, although we had no problems - the staff weren't particularly friendly.

The pool was very nice and central. The rooms were really big. The whole hotel had a really nice vibe. The food was good and the staff very nice and supportive! The city is in walking distance and pretty close. The other option is to take a trycicle to the city.
