Swimming pool is small and located at the entry of the hotel. Not really suitable for swimming. Smell of mold in the room.

the rooms are big and with a beautiful ocean view. it’s a bit up the hill so if you don’t have a scooter you’d spend sometime going up and down. they can organise all your day trips and staff is very friendly.

The location is great, nice and close to everything. Bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar drinks were nice.

- The power goes out at least once per day - not their fault I don't think. The generator is quick to kick in and start supplying power again. - The water pressure was intermittently non-existent. - Some days our room would smell like sewerage. It was disgusting. - Our aircon stopped cooling one night after a power outage and they couldn't fix it until the next day. - When the aircon was working, it was barely cooling at all. - The toilet stopped flushing. It was fixed, but only after following it up twice. - We had laundry done through the hotel, one of my shirts was ruined from stains when I received it. They advised it was because the power went out and offered no compensation. Considering the stay of decay that this hotel is in, it was very surprising to know that it was built in 2018. They don't seem to perform any regular maintenance on anything.

Upon arrival, there was an unexpected additional charge for my daughter. Considering that we had disclosed that we were a party of 5 when booking the reservation on Booking.com, booking 2 rooms, there was no mention upon booking of extra fees per person. That set the introductory tone to Vienna Hotel poorly, then we were issued a room on the back side of the hotel that smelled strongly of sewage for the full 2 nights. Pool lounge chairs were clearly very dirty on their cloth padding, no effort made to cover them with linens or swap them out after use by guests. There were complimentary drinks given to each guest at check-in. These could only be used on mixed alcoholic drinks on the rooftop patio (1/5 in our party drink alcohol, 2 were children). Upon cashing in the drinks for rum-based cocktail, it came over with an old, withered wedge of fruit that looked spoiled.

location was somewhat convenient, just slightly up on a hill so you need to be fit. the pool and outdoor area is nice.

it wasn’t as clean as we had hoped. water turned off at one point in the shower, there was a spider and a funny smell coming from the bathroom. it always smelt musty and wet. No new towels were given, same ones were just folded up to be re used. beds has some slight yellow stains. not the worst but not the best. but expensive for what you get

The rooftop bar was very nice, with a great view. bar staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Thought the general staff could have been a little bit more interactive, other than that the accommodation was enjoyable.
