Beautiful designed hotel, great staff (friendly & speak English), Spa and restaurant (live music on Saturday). Stone throw away from the Ogrodzieniec castle, the best of 25 on the Eagles Nests Trail.

There is nothing not to like.

Everything was clean, nice and well organized. SPA, sauna, swimming area, surrounding countryside and really delicious food.

Staff outside restaurant (restaurant customer service attitude was top notch) was cold and distant, English language skills were lacking and almost nobody seemed to care Corona restrictions. Our room was ridiculously hot even we asked to lower our room temperature.

I had a short but very wonderful stay, with walks and spa and good and well presented food. the receptionist was very attentive from we walked in. I apriciated it highly and would highly recomendate the place.

The hotel keeps a hight standart, the food was very good and well balanced and very well presented. My only critic but hard critic is the server in the resturant are very young, with little education of how to serve and remove the plate. To was that unprofetionel it removed some of the beauty of the meal. Ease give them the tool to be great, they where young and willing.

Modern hotel with great location to one of the most intact fortresses along the Eagles Road. We checked in and went for a walk around the side of the property through a small forest and came upon the fortress. We toured the fortress and returned to our hotel for dinner. Dinner was very good as well as the breakfast the next morning. I forgot my watch on the night stand, contacted the hotel and they mailed it to me back home. I received it yesterday. Thank you!

We spent a full week there in the early September. Hotel is situated in a very quiet place. The service at the hotel really polite and helpful. Breakfast is quite good . There is a large swimming pool. Very good restaurant, I highly recommend to try (I believe you will hardly find better in close surroundings). The hotel is really built close to the castle, on the rock ; very modern and unusual architecture with different connected levels, but that makes its charm also. Quite spacious room (however the double bed is not ;)), large shower room as well. During our stay, were a pair of company events organized at the hotel facilities but the staff anticipated to minimize the burden it could cause to us and we have to say they were fully successfull in.

Swimming pool is only accessible from 8:00 to 20:00, a bit earlier and later would have been appreciated. However this is understandable, as it looks to be a permanent lifeguard present during opening hours. Parking is available, but sometimes crowded. Happilly, easy alternative is available nearby with direct access to hotel.

Excelent location, just next to Skalne miasto rock formation and Ogrodzeniec castle. Staff was super helpful and profesional. Dinner and breakfast were more than expected, with a great service.

There was a temporary lack of electricity and water. Parking fee was hidden and charged at a check out. At this price, I would expect rooms to be cleaned more carefully and a shower with a fully functioning drain.

The location is amazing.

While all staff is amazing, the hotel’s system of answering the calls is terrible. Every time someone needs room service, order food or anything, the call has to first go to the reception. At the reception the hotel has only one person, who actually is on the phone all the time and the calls cannot go through. Every time we had to leave the room and go and wait in front of the receptionist until she finished the previous call, otherwise there was no way we would eat on time. I guess it is not so hard to fix that.

Delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, very good hotel restaurant, huge swimming pool, best location you can imagine.

In the middle of the first night we were woken up by crying child. It wouldn’t have surprised us if the hotel hadn’t pointed out in their offer “soundproof walls”. We were not able to fall asleep again because the child didn’t stop crying over an hour. We reported the problem at the reception desk which triggered off series of unfortunate events. Staff told us: - I’ve been working here since one month I can’t do anything to help you. We came back to the room and reported it again first thing in the morning. They told us they would consult it with management and they would get back to us shortly. Nobody called us. After two hours we came back to the reception desk but the answer we got stunned us: - The hotel is soundproof but not the rooms. What’s more during weekends it’s always very loud in our hotel. We can offer you another room but I warn you it will be loud too because our guests have dogs. But no ... I can’t offer you anything because somebody has just booked the last room. If the room are not soundproof it shouldn’t be listed in room’s specification. What’s more the reception desk should know hotel regulations that say: “it’s strictly prohibited to make noise on the premises”. Eventually it was catch-22. We could’n do anything and nobody could help us but I doubt if anybody wanted to help us. We didn’t even hear a simple word “I’m sorry”. Going out of the hotel we wanted to leave a key at the reception desk in accordance to the regulregulations. And again receptionist was very surprised and told us they couldn’t take any keys from guests. Lack of professionalism and ignorance of regulations. The final straw was the check-out process. We came to the hotel by taxi. No problem with additional fee for parking. After telling they made a mistake the receptionist was very dissatisfied with refunding 60 PLN. Me and my wife have been working since years with customers and we can’t comprehend how people working in a hotel can be so insolent to their customers.
