A huge king bed with lovely views from the 15th floor. Rooms are huge compared to Japanese standard with great inroom facilites. desk bath separate toilet iron trouser press full length mirrors great storage.

You had to pay to swim in the pool

Nous avions une chambre au 18eme étage et la vue sur la ville était incroyable. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le restaurant japonais. L'hôtel est directement accessible de la gare, c'est très pratique

Location beside train station was fantastic, as were the views from the room. The cocktails I had were among the best I had at any of the hotels I stayed at the multi-city break. Food and drinks were very reasonably priced

Nothing to be improved

It’s very well located and was very well designed. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the view.

There was nothing we didn’t like, except when we decided to extend our stay the 2nd night seas to our surprise significantly more expensive as was the breakfast.

母娘2人の3人で泊まりました。キングサイズベッドにエクストラベッドが入って、快適に寝られました。お風呂もたっぷりして、部屋全体も清潔でした。朝食のビュッフェも美味しい。特にオムレツを作るシェフが、バイリンガルに皆さんに明るく喋りかけていらして、とても気持ちよかったです。私も宮島の駐車のアドバイスを頂けて、おかげさまで快適に宮島に行かれました。

朝ごはんが10時までビュッフェで色々と取れると言われていました。しかし、5分前からお料理のネームを片付けられたのが、とても急かされている感じで嫌でした。10時まで待って欲しかったです。

The breakfast was great, there was so much choice. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and they gifted us a flower as a gift for our honeymoon. The bedroom and bathroom were also very nice and spacious. They allowed us to leave our suitcases there for the day whilst we explored the island. We would stay again.

The drinks can be a bit pricey in the bar but during happy hour it is half price so not too bad.

Good location

Breakfast restaurant was not great. Too small for a large hotel. Cooking smells were too strong in the restaurant. Food was not replaced quickly enough.

The location is perfect - right by the main train station. The staff are really lovely, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast was exceptional - so much choice!

The Sheraton at Hiroshima has an excellent location right at the station. The staff is well trained and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean. We were on the 9th floor facing the city.

We just did not like that the bathroom (sink) was in the room and the humidity from the shower came directly into the room and made it very humid. May be a higher floor would be nicer. Therefore only a 9.

Velmi komfortní hotel v blízkosti železničního nádraží. Skvělý personál hotelu. Velké a dobře vybavené pokoje. Vynikající postele, velmi dobré snídaně s výhledem.

A beautiful hotel next to the train station which is helpful to us. The rooms are big and spacious and felt luxurious. Staff are professional and friendly I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel.

Opaque glass toilet/bathroom doors seem quite common place these days. I am not a fan!

Great location

A bit dated

It was close to the Train Station, within walking distance.

We thought since it was a Sheraton and we paid a premium of a rate, we would expect a bit above the normal, but to our disappointment it was the opposite. The breakfast was not up to standards, and there could easily be a coffee station and drink station set out for the day. Little things like this can make a big difference. We left one day early because of our disappointment and still were charge for the night we didn’t use. We don’t complain often, but when you pay the highest rate in the city do a hotel, you expect a bit more.

The location for shin Hiroshima was terrific. The hotel was very bright and comfortable and staff overall friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel far but lacked some of the flare of traditional Japanese breakfasts experienced whilst in Japan for the last four weeks. We stayed just one night purely for the convenience of heading to the train station the next morning with ease. Cookie cutter Sheraton hotel that services the needs of tourists exiting and entering Hiroshima.

I personally found the value for money was overpriced for what you received. 2 x English breakfast teas from the lobby cafe was 1900 JPY Somewhat inflated prices for the item I believed. The charging house guests to use the hotel pool at 1600 JPY per guests was just outrageous and I have never experienced this in any hotel or booked accommodation anywhere I have stayed around the world. It surprised me that a high valued branded hotel such as the Sheraton has to find an additional revenue stream from guests by charging to use a standard facility that are part of your tariff in all major hotel chains.

Great location, Huge room, nice and very spacious bed. Felt very luxurious. Breakfast was amazing though we had to wait for our breakfast table.

The check in was terrible, long wait and staff seemed very stressed trying to do everything in a very nice way, you can tell that they need more help at the time of check inn and out.

Black hairs on top of quilt cover when we first entered the room In room dining meal was below satisfactory (inedible hot chips) In hotel restaurant did not have a wide variety of breakfast choices for our taste (mostly directed at their local Japanese clientele which i understand).

Very close to Hiroshima station. Lots of shops near by. Family Mart right next door. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff are wonderful. Nice view of the city. Beautiful bar and resWould not stay anywhere else.

Great location by the station. Helpful and friendly reception staff, very welcoming. Room spotlessly clean and with a very comfy bed. Wonderful views from our room.

Bar staff were less friendly

Best thing about this hotel is that you're just outside the shinkansen station, and I love this old part of Hiroshima. You're right in the middle of the REAL, untouristy city, and the street cars are abundant to take you where you want to go (also taxis of course.) The lobby is small but there is a nice seating area and they don't pressure you to order anything.

The restaurant was not very good, neither the service nor the food. I wish we didn't waste the time and money eating in the hotel. The room was a bit small, and the restroom has zero privacy-- you feel very exposed using it! Just be ready for that! Service-wise, they felt too busy and didn't take time to make sure we were taken care of. Any request was met with a scowl and I speak Japanese so I could hear what they were saying to each other when I asked for some help. The woman checking us in did not make us feel welcomed and in fact, seemed in a rush.
