Hotel personnel was really nice, welcoming and helpful. Moreover, besides standard room service, we got our shoes cleaned, which was extreamely suprising and pleasant, and most of all helpful, since the streets are full of dust. From where the hotel is situated, you may reach any parts of the city within minimum of time - even the National Park! Finally, we were served free breakfast as a goodbye, which was really nice.

There was a lot of dust from the street even at the hotel balcony and we would not reccommend to sit on the balcony for a long time. It is right next to a very busy street, so there is a lot of noise during the day, especially in the afternoon and during evenings. You have to count with occasionally cold water in the shower and a bad internet connection.

The front desk and security guys were amazing.

There was no wifi i wasnt advice at check-in, on follow up i was informed it was missing for somedays. No tv services despite having one in the room The backside window of my room wasnt secure enough, the shutter on it wasnt functional. Noisy on sundays due to church services held there.
